You were born tiny
adorable and beautiful
guess you were dusky
yet so strong!!!
I wonder as to where you were born
they say it was a manger
Oh yea!! I can smell it!!!
Was it cows, sheep or horses
or was it all?
If the inn was for the elite, the parking area would be full of horses.
If the inn was for them the cows and sheep would be there to feed them.
How did the earth smell when you entered inn?
The grass, straws and vegetables?
Were they fresh or rotten?
an unclean place for the Holy One
an infected place for an Infant
an hostile place for the Creator
And what did I miss?
Oh yes!!! Your earthly mother and father.
A mother to feed you love and warmth
and a father to stand by and support both.
Together you were a family.
In helplessness you became a hope
through troubles as means
For love you came this far
Loved and Loved
Love at its best!!!!
