Nature went off like an alarm,
As I was cuddling her in my dreams.

अलसायी सुबह
सवेरे की रोशनी जब
बंद परदों से छन के आती है
आंखे खुल जाती है
पर नींद नही खुल पाती है
तन को जकड़ लेती है
आलस की जंजीरों में
और मन को भर देती
अंतर की तस्वीरों में
चिल्ला चिल्ला के जब
अलार्म घड़ी भी थक जाती है
और टेबल पे रखी गर्म चाय
भी ठंडे जूस मे बदल जाती है
तब त्याग देता हूं
बिस्तर की गर्माहट को
ताकि स्वागत कर सकू
नए दिन की आहट को
पर जैसे ज्योति बिन
दीपक की प्रभा नहीं लगती
अगर सपनो मैं ना देखा हो तुम्हे
तो सुबह, सुबह नहीं लगती

A seed sown in darkness of the abyss
