A MIDNIGHT CALL
Deep within thoughts ,
Tired eyes stuck to the ceiling.
Trying hard to let it shut.
Soul drenched with pain,
Pillow beneath her head,
Damp wet with the tears
of sorrow that she shed.
Slowly did she finally sleep.
In her dreams she heard a
sobbing girl,
A midnight call that changed her world.
Answered it with terrified voice,
Little did she know of the gift,
She was to receive was of her choice.
Suddenly the sobbing girl rose up to her devine self,
Watching her face she got numb and stiff,
It was the reflection of her own indeed,
Amazed was her to see herself finally freed.
This was the midnight call from destiny itself,
For her to know what her
fate has held.
All this suffering was to put her for test,
Not giving up ever was her successful protest.
A midnight call changed her
Completely,
The exhausted and broken girl was all set to
fly to the height flapping her
wings freely.
Tears you get for being so kind,
Is a test of God for a perfect
soul he needs to find.
Don't give up,
There's a lot for you ahead.
While you try to end it all,
Help yourself stay alive instead.

Read MoreIn those languor October days, I was suffering from anxiety disorder, actually it all started with the ending of my half yearly examination. I took a medical leave from school and sat back home for my further preparation. My half yearly didn't go well and I was yearning to push myself harder. I used to get numbness sensation frequently, even though it used to be for a few seconds but still I was petrified and frequently thought "what was happening to me?"
It was a full moon night. I was sitting on my study table. Something was different, something unusual was happening with me, although those days were a bit stressful because of my changed study routine but I didn't have a note of it. I felt a different kind of pain cracking my limbs down, a sudden freezing of my hands were taking place. I felt my heart was bombarding every second. My migratory mind was overfilled with lame thoughts. My stomach felt like a mammoth stone was kept at it and it was getting difficult to keep my spin straight. I was alone in my room and thought everything would be fine.
I felt like crying, only thought which was frequently striking my mind was" I shall cry myself to death" and how could I accept I was feeling suicidal. My feet gave up and I was even unable to move. My body was suffering from a lethal pain and then I suddenly picked up my phone and scrolled down my contact diary from A to Z. There was no one whom I could tell my pain to, whom I could open my heart and cry, whom I could rely upon, there was no one. I was shocked by this discovery.
It was around 12 at night and that temporal thing which was happening to me was turning detrimental. I turned into a deranged person and soon my condition deteriorated. In a state of dilapidation I lay down myself on the floor and soon I was asleep. After a long, struggling night, after a trip I got up in good health. I was fine now, everything which happened jolted my whole body and soon after, I came across an article on Google and discovered that things which I felt were named as "A PANIC ATTACK."

सबर कर

Sinking in water, drowning deep I was thinking
This is my last breath I take today
Eyes closing with last glimpse of sunshine
Like a sky of blue with a bright star Sun
Bubbles of air coming from the heart
It's already dead within the soul
Ears unable to hear own voice now
Searching scribbles of memories before the end
No feelings left inside without any numbness
Floating deep in water but I feel calm
All these thinking, problems & worries
Leaving my side now at last from all
Sinking in water, I know now I was nothing
Nothing in good or in bad a lifeless life
With all coming to end today finally
I am light & free, that's sinking in water gave me
