Student problems
Once I knew exactly what the next day held
School , homework or a good series instead
Pretty boring but standard , and who doesn't like
Standards.
It can be organized and easily said.
All the days seem to blend
Because for the life of me,
I can't tell Mondays or Wednesdays off the top of my head
And most days ,I barely want to get out of bed.
I remember when I looked forward to Mondays.
I'd call my friend early just to ask,' you coming today'
We would talk about the things that happen from Friday through Sunday.
And if you'd let us we'd talk all day.
But of course there's always work after play
We'd sit a wait and hoped there'd
be not of homework for the day.
We'd look at of watches and see it 2: 30
I'd look at my friend , and say boy I guess we free
And as she was walking out door , she murmur she almost forgot.
( I sat there quaking almost forgot what)
She list about forty pages and what not
I couldn't believe it darn thats was alot
And it's TO BE TURNED IN tomorrow
9 o clock on the dot.

എനിക്ക് നിന്നെ ഒരുപാട് ഇഷ്ടമാണ് കുഞ്ഞി. ഒരുപാട് ഒരുപാട്.പഠിക്കുന്ന,മിടുക്കനെന്നും, ബുദ്ധിമാനെന്നും മുദ്രകുത്തുന്ന അവനെക്കാൾ നിന്നെയാണ് ഏറെ ഇഷ്ടം. പക്ഷേ കുറുമ്പെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ, ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാതെ വരുമ്പോൾ, ഒരു നൂറു വട്ടം ആവർത്തിച്ചു പറയേണ്ടി വരുമ്പോൾ..... എവിടെയൊക്കെയോ എനിക്കെന്റെ ക്ഷമ നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നു. ഈർക്കിലിയും ചൂരലും എടുക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നു. എന്നിട്ടും ചുറ്റുമുള്ളവർ പറയുന്നത് എനിക്ക് ഒരുപാട് ക്ഷമയുണ്ടെന്നാണ്. നിന്നെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടു കാര്യമില്ലെന്നാണ്. പക്ഷേ എപ്പോഴൊക്കെയോ എനിക്ക് നിന്നിൽ എന്നെ കാണാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. സംഭവിക്കുന്നത് എന്തെന്ന് അറിയാതെ സ്വയം കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തി ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാനോ ഉത്തരങ്ങൾ നൽകാനോ ആവാതെ ഞാൻ പഠിച്ച മൂന്ന് കൊല്ലങ്ങളുടെ, ഓർമ്മ എന്നോട് പറയുന്നുണ്ട് നിന്റെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ.എന്റെ അമ്മയുടേത് പോലെ നിന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ സങ്കടങ്ങൾ. ഞാൻ ഒരിക്കലും നിന്നെ കൈവിടില്ല. കൂടെ ഉണ്ടാകും എന്നും. നീ പഠിച്ചു കേറുന്നത് വരെ ഞാൻ കൂട്ടായിരിക്കും. പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ കണ്ടുപിടിക്കാൻ,പരിഹരിക്കാൻ,പിടിച്ചു കയറ്റാൻ ചേച്ചി കാണും എന്നും കൂടെ. ഇടക്കിടെ എടുക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്ന ഈർക്കിലിയും ചൂരലും നോവിക്കാതെ നോക്കാം ഞാൻ.... എങ്ങാനും നൊന്താൽ ക്ഷമിക്കണേ ഈ ചേച്ചിയോട്.

As your rays stretch far and wide over the horizon,

You're always on time, never a minute late,

And when you set, you're just elsewhere.
You smile from above, as people complain,
They swear and they take all your efforts in vain.
But does that stop you? No, you still do what you do,
As to many others, you're their lifeline, their glue.
One season without you and things would go awry,
A world plunged into darkness, should you vacate the sky.
But the thing about you, and to which I make my toast,
Is you're a constant in a changing world and there when needed the most.
The opinion of others is only white noise,
For you continue to do your job with humility, class and poise.

Snoozing in the morning,

Background of my learning.
Shouting of the tutors,
Asking "Are you there?",

But still unheard.
Blame it on the rain,
