“I Know It’s Haram But … I Love Him”
This is the answer that some sisters give when they tell them that having bf is Haram in Islam. So this is a message for everyone of them:
“Dear Sister, generally, a Muslimah should only love the man she will accept to marry because of his commitment to his deen! The more he will be closed to Allah, the more she should love him.
What about you? Why do you love him? Is it because of his sweet love words? Be certain that they are nothing but shaytan whispers!! Is it because of his promises of marriage? If he really wants you, he would be a real man and come to your house to ask for your hand in marriage… If he is a real man, he would approach your wali not you!!
Have you ever asked yourself if he truly loves you? Because if he truly does, then he wouldn’t let you face hell !! True love is when you pray to be gathered in Jannah with the one you love! That’s true love, and it only comes with Halal, after marriage!
Have you ever asked yourself if he would let his sister have boyfriend? A real Muslim man would have jealousy on his Maharim (his mother, sister, wife…) and if he has no Jealousy, so he is “dayouth” as Prophet Mohammad (sallaAllahu alaihi wa sallam) described this type of man! If he would let his sister to have bf, then you will know his true value, but if he would refuse to let her have bf then you will know your true value in his sight!!
Dear Sister, know that no matter how much he “loves” you in this Dunya , he will hate you 1000X more than that in the Akhirah.
YES!!He will HATE you, he will blame you for your relationship when he will be between the Hands of Allah, and he will beg for you to be thrown into the fire instead of him!
Allah says in Qur’an :”Al Akhillaa (Friends/the lovers who had forbidden relationships) on that Day will be foes one to another(they will be like enemies) except Al-Muttaqun (the ones who feared Allah)“ (43:67)
Is that the kind of love you want? A temporary feeling you get in Dunya, a feeling inspired by Shaytan which turn to hate in Akhirah?!!
Dear, please wake up before it’s too late, you still have time to make things right, leave this Haram relationship right now! Leave it for Allah .. Wallahi the price HE will grant you will be greater than you have ever thought… Just make that step today before tomorrow!

We mostly focus our da'awah towards adults, which is something commended, however we tend to forget the existence of Mini-Muslims.
There's a Swahili proverb which translates to, " Mold the clay whilst it's still wet and raw."
Here are some basic topics you can introduce to a young one:
The Do''s:
1. The name, " Allah " and the fact that He is above us all. Keep saying the name till it sticks in their minds.
2. The name, " Prophet Muhammad " recite the following together :
" اللهم صل وسلم وبارك على سيدنا محمد"
3. Existence of Jannah which has chocolates and candies and castles and rivers of milk and honey and we can have anything we want in Jannah.
4. Character: Obedience / respect to Parents as one way to enter Jannah. When they misbehave, inform them that Allah sees this and do you wish to not get Jannah ? Link respect for parents to Jannah.
5. We are Muslims. Anything that done by other religions is not done by Muslims.
6. Value given to Quraan, touch, see the Quraan.
Be a reciter and let them see that. Ask for them to bring Quraan to You. Involve them.
7. Salah. Have a mini- Salah and let them follow you along.
8. Ramadan and Sawm. Involve them on the reasons why we fast. Let them try half way.
9. Eid occasions. Be excited about the event. Make it special so they feel it's a special occasion and always looking forward to it.
10. Daily morning and evening Dhikr inclusive of Dua asking Allah for increase in knowledge, understanding and wisdom. The art of blowing over oneself. The Dua before leaving the house. The Dua whilst entering the house.
11. Masjid and Adhaan. Let them experience being in a Masjid. Let them hear the adhan and follow it as what the muadhin is saying.
12. Dua for themselves, Dua for their parents and loved ones and Dua for the whole humanity. Teach the art of asking Allah for anything and that He will grant it if it is good for him/her.
13. Islamic etiquette with regards to cleanliness, hygiene and environmental conservation
These are some of the basics that revolve around every Muslim. Be the first to introduce them and as we all are aware of the famous hadeeth:
Abu Mas’ud reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever guides someone to goodness will have a reward like one who did it.”
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1893
Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Muslim.
May Allah make us steadfast in our religion and help us in raising pious and kind human beings. Ameen.

Our prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم taught us about how our Imaan (faith) fluctuates.
It increases and decreases. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says, {So that they can increase in Iman on top of their (current) Iman} [Al-Fath:4], {And we increased them in guidance} [Al-Kahf:13]
Iman comprises of :
-Belief in the heart
-Statement of the tongue
-Actions of the limbs
All these three above connect with each other.
We believe in our hearts, we say with our tongues but do we apply it in our actions ?
When our spiritual tank is low, it reflects in our actions. When our spiritual tank is high, it reflects on our actions.
Knowing your learning style whether you are a visual learner or auditory or verbal or physical or logical or social or solitary or a combination of more than two helps you when your spiritual tank is low.
Identify your learning style and use it when your spiritual level is going low.
It's a weapon! It's a shield!
Use it wisely!

If the heart is (spiritually) sound, then the person’s intentions will only seek what is right and proper, and all his physical faculties will be sound, and he will not be prompted to do anything except obey Allah and avoid His wrath. Thus he will be content with what is halal and have no need of what is haram. But if the heart is (spiritually) corrupt, then the person’s intentions will be corrupt, and all his physical faculties will be corrupt, and he will be prompted to disobey Allah (سبحانه وتعالى ) and to do that which incurs His wrath. He will not be content with what is halal; rather he will hasten to seek that which is haram, in accordance with what his heart desires and the extent to which it drifts away from the truth..
We cannot read people's minds. We cannot see through people's hearts. We see what's in front of our eyes hence we are able to categorize a person according to the good or the bad.
Your heart holds a place for your intention. If it desires the wrong then your body language speaks for itself. If it desires the good then your body language speaks for itself.
It's connected. It's intertwined.
It's a reflection!

Read MoreWe always try fighting with destiny. Trying to push it towards you. Lots of stress, sleepless nights just to make it to what YOU want.
The problem is we keep challenging destiny, we keep fighting against it and not for the better of it.
It's time to put in the effort (without forcing it) and swimming in the waves of destiny letting Allah guide that boat to rescue you.
Let Allah take that thing you want so badly towards YOU. And not you racing to catch it with all forces.
Tie the camel and tawakkal.
Make Dua for the best and khayr in your destiny.
Hope that through Allah's mercy, what's written for you, no one can take it away from you.
Your sustenance is written for you, your acts of worship have to be done by you.
Your effort, dedication and determination to get what you want has to come from within you.
Whether you publicize or stay hidden, Allah sees you.
Whether you will keep running 10 miles or 6000 miles in your life journey , then know this, at the end of that journey : your death is waiting and your book will be closed.
Stop chasing, stop challenging, tie the camel and move with the waves directed by Allah.

That's all you should do, O running soul!

Whereas, Shaykh Google gives you just the exact answer to your question but you miss out on being exposed to more than just the answer.
That's why we see ourselves going back to Google next time we have an issue.
Not everything on Google is authentic Islam. You have to sieve through what you take.
How would you know what to take and what to leave ?
By having the principles / conditions in mind. You gain those from institutes and centres of gaining knowledge.
It's time we stop depending on Shaykh Google.
The way of the salaf were to gain knowledge from books and lectures.
Not everyone's learning preference is reading and listening. I know that.
But, you can still use your learning preference to still gain the same knowledge. Whether it's auditory or reading or kinesthetic(physical) or visual or verbal or logical or social or solitary or even just combination of more than one learning preference.
It's okay! Identify your learning preference and use it to channel to your knowledge staircase. It's okay if with time you shift from maybe visual learner to auditory learner.
Use what's best for you.

Read MoreMostly, we remember Allah during the beginning of something as we are inclined towards it, we are eager to have it or we fear not making it. But, after we've achieved our success or fulfilled our needs. We tend to forget the art of appreciation towards Allah.
Appreciation can be through spoken words or actions done.
We can see this happening mostly in the following scenarios in our lives during:
•Fear/Trials like exams period, calamity, sudden fall economical etc.
•Mental : Anxiety, stress, overthininking, abrupt change of moods/behaviour etc.
•Needs like hunger, shelter, health etc.
We all run back to Allah. However, after that need, fear, mental distress has been uplifted upon us, we forget to thank the one who uplifted it for us.
This is the reason why Allah tells us:
An-Naml 27:40
قَالَ هَٰذَا مِن فَضْلِ رَبِّى لِيَبْلُوَنِىٓ ءَأَشْكُرُ أَمْ أَكْفُرُۖ وَمَن شَكَرَ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِۦۖ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ رَبِّى غَنِىٌّ كَرِيمٌ
He said, "This is from the favor of my Lord to test me whether I will be grateful or ungrateful. And whoever is grateful – his gratitude is only for [the benefit of] himself. And whoever is ungrateful – then indeed, my Lord is Free of need and Generous."
Just like how you remembered to say "Bismillah" before eating, remind yourself to say "Alhamdulillah" after it. Do not let needs drive you.
Just like how you say the dua before sleeping because you fear you may never wake up again, then make the same mental reminder to thank Allah for another beautiful day to be alive. Do not let fear drive you.
Just like how you always ask for ease in your financial difficulties then remind yourself to always bow down to prostration to the one who removed that difficulty. Do not let mental stress and money drive you.
Link your successes to Allah and watch how Allah gives you more.
Ibrahim 14:7
وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمْ لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْۖ وَلَئِن كَفَرْتُمْ إِنَّ عَذَابِى لَشَدِيدٌ
And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.'"

Allah سبحان وتعالى tells you to do good deeds and He has assigned angels to record everything for you.
Your job is to keep doing good deeds without looking back and counting. It's that simple!

Read MoreIf you wonder why are you slow in your success staircase in any field in this life. Whether it's financial, economical, social, educational, physical, healthwise, mentally etc.
Try establishing your Salaah with keeping it's time and trying to learn more about it so that you could perfect it as prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Pray like how you see me pray."
صلوا كما رأيتموني أصلي
Also Allah tells us about keeping the time in Salaah, when He says:
An-Nisa' 4:103
فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمُ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ فَٱذْكُرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ قِيَٰمًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِكُمْۚ فَإِذَا ٱطْمَأْنَنتُمْ فَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَۚ إِنَّ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَٰبًا مَّوْقُوتًا
And when you have completed the prayer, remember Allah standing, sitting, or [lying] on your sides. But when you become secure, re-establish [regular] prayer. Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times.
There's no excuse for not praying at all.
If you can't stand then sit and if you can't sit then lie down and if you can't move your body then pray with showing ishaara ( directions) using your eyes.
If you can't pray because you have no water then use dust/soil to perform dry ablution ( Tayammum)
As you can notice, there's NO excuse for missing the daily obligatory prayers upon us.
This stresses how much Allah wants us all to be successful in life because Salah is linked with Success. You cannot find peace of mind without Salaah. You cannot be successful financially, physically, healthwise etc. Without Salaah.
It's the foundation that holds the success staircase.
Build that foundation and see how easier you run on the stairs with joy and happiness.
