Angels
Tonight I have a tale to tell
Of a dream I got this morning;
23rd of May 2021 around 10AM;
Some details I could hardly remember
Yet etched on my mind is a heavenly scene—
Hundreds of angels encompassed me;
All dressed in white robes with golden belt;
All of them have wings and bright with light;
They gathered to me like grand protection;
I will never forget this precious memory—
Just one of my dreams that left me in awe.

They tend to stick around.
For every river has its rocks,
Even time is bound.
Everything has a place,
And every place has a name.
Its hard to be what you are not,
Its harder to ignore the shame.
They tell you dont stand out,
Then they say you should.

Whats bad, and then whats good.
But dont listen to what they tell you,
They only throw you out.
Ignore you when you need them most,
Even when you shout.
Be careful what names they call you,
Society can be gowned.

The Monsoon's first rain,

I explain it to my brain.
Missing the friendship we had before
The feelings, in the heart, they drained.
Loving him like 'that' isn't right
On so many levels, it'll lead to fights.
Between him and her.
One's my best friend, the other? My own sister.
Shall I lose my calm? Tell him that I love him?
Or suffer forever in silence. That poison toxic!
Brain agrees on what the heart declines.
Though I must not hurt them. Gotta act nice.
