Fascinated by the blue seas
Curiosity arouse for Poseidon
A God throwned of our surviving liquid
Sitting on a seat conversing it's cool breeze spun
Is it an ice crown on his head
What were the deeds of his that led
Mythologies acknowledged valour and power
But I focused on why water is so sour
He showed salted arrogance
Humans impurity purified it
His egotistic tsunami created mayhem
Even toughest skyscrapers couldn't fit
Is the God undefeatable
Or is it so scarce
Poseidon is afraid of dying
As we submerge our dead deep far(down)
In search of Achilles heel of Poseidon
I drowned myself in his ocean
Enough of droughts enough of calamities
How to set things in motion
We swim we drown
We drink we clown
Poseidon floats and laughs
Win win situation he claps
You can't ease the ego by abuse
But calm it down with proper use
Evolve your mind and you may TASTE water
or cry and scream with dry throat, Poseidon will carry slaughter

I was born on a leaf , I couldn't see anything around , I couldn't walk , I moved and realized I could only crawl.
I crawled in pain and never understood why was I born , was I born to crawl ?
And the sun shined and I had wings , but I couldn't fly .
I cried I cried I cried , but I didn't fly
A courageous voice from within yelled FLY !!
You are born to Fly
I took the leap of faith and am here in the Sky ,

Growth
You learn and build up yourself from lessons and experience yet they are times when the smallest or the biggest words set you right back at the start. Over time I've realized that it doesn't mean I am not strong enough but that there is always feeling I would feel. And I will always learn, grow and reinvent and maybe we are always meant to live with the chinks in our armour.

I've decided to evolve. I'll be the person no one can ever break. I'll be the human who might choose to be with people but never needs anyone. I'll love myself a little more everyday till I am sure that I love myself the most. I'll either not expect anything from anyone or keep my expectations extremely low. When I do something for someone I won't be expecting anything in return. The few people I've loved and cared about so deeply don't really need to love me back or care for me the way I care for them. I'll always love myself so much that it's enough for me and love from external sources can only be surplus but never a requirement. I'll learn and practice loving art of detachment. I've realised that being emotionally dependent can be extremely toxic. I crave independence in every sense. I'll know my demons, owe them & force them for submission. The voices in my head are no longer allowed to trouble me. We have to live together forever but I'll be the one in power. It's time to be the Phoenix and rise from the ashes. It's going to be a long journey but it's worth it. ❤

the effigy
there's so much hate
burning inside of me
and I convert it all
to energy
and then I become
the effigy
and burn into what
I can never be
cause being myself
never worked I guess
laying around and
feeling depressed
just feeling hurt or
just feeling stressed
feeling the pressure
my life was a mess
so I'll take this hate
and burn into you
turn into something
that you exude
arrogance, vanity
acting rude
anger, hostility
ignorance too
just look at all these efficacies
that I get the choice to breed or bleed
colorful planes of chicanery
baiting the hatred that seethes in me
I never knew angst could comfort these
elegiac bruises, swollen knees
proof of my prayers to burnt effigies
and it was worth it, unrighteously
