I am ill
Last night crying made me ill
My body is more in pain than the pain u gave
My eyes is burning ,the body is feeling cold
But the blanket is holding up my body
Making me feel warm in its arms
Am happy with this fever bcz
It had bring my mom close to me ........ First time saw worring for me in her eyes am ohk and a giving a healthy thanks for making me crying that night

Into which we both fit perfectly from the old one
"I" A queen within her; A royal crown of my own
Self royal gesture was "I"pondering of my own
With her It was a much justific different intuition
I have had all over! Peace streaming down
Once again within her.. if felt nice to be alive

It tells and yells with lightening and thundering.
Heart of the rain also gets in pain
When people get wet, yet get cold and fever and take days to recover
Mind of the rain aches too when out our head aches
Rain tells so much and yet just yells
Yelling is the bursting out the negative emotions
Rain teaches us so much, let go off negativity and things that are toxic in nature.

Normal temperature of body is in general considered 37°c(Range- 37.6-99.6 °f)
When our body temperature gets above 100.3°f or 38°c ,it suggests someone has a fever.
Now why do we have fever,what does it tell us?
Fever tell us there is some inflammation going on in our body, and it is basically a result of mechanism which helps in fighting infection normally. So,it can be because of infection only?
Actually,No. It is basically a result of angry immune system, it is normally angry when there is an outer attack which is protective for us. But sometime , in anger immune system is unable to identify who is the culprit and it goes berserk, destroys whichever comes its way.
Then what to do when we have fever?
Exactly what you are thinking ,Paracetamol.
When you body temp is above 100.3°f.
For an adult individual we can take one tab of 500mg/650mg. Along with that tepid sponging should be done to lower temperature.
For underweight, children dose adjustment need to be made.
Gap that we should maintain between two consecutive doses is minimum 4-6hrs hours.
In general thrice a day dose is more than sufficient.if fever does not subside even after that seek doctor's advice as high fever(103°f or 102°f in case of child less than 3 yes of age) may result in seizures.
What are the side effects?
Actually, these are pretty rare but can include,
[ ] Allergic reactions, rashes, flushing.
[ ] Low blood pressure
[ ] In large doses, like if someone take too many pill at a time or chronic use, it may result in damage to liver and kidney.
[ ] Also in alcoholics,chronic kidney disease or liver disease, it need to be taken only as per doctor's advice.
