Green Grasses
laying down
on the green grasses
I felt the connection
the care of nature
the bond of life,
the tiny creature
who was passing by
asked me about life
do you live here?
I said no!
people often come here
and ruin our lives
kill our family
and destroy our colonies
I was deeply hurt
as I know how it feels
to be hopeless
and the mourning
for the loved ones,
I asked him
could I do something for you?
He replied you seemed to be a nice guy
but you are a human, after all,
we can't trust you
humans aren't trustworthy
You kill us for fun
You destroy our home
as you are powerful
you have killed the ecosystem
and the habitat
You have built the walls
this earth is not yours
we also have the rights
but it is all about the power,

Green Grasses
laying down
on the green grasses

we were relishing the same rains
i was indulged in the clouds
you were all wet
i was mesmerised of the sky
you of the green grass
still you smiled
and i in my ignorance
went all way through
those grasses were stumped
no amount of apologies
could be enough
no amount of gratitude
could be enough

Horizon So High
The plumb mountains
above the clouds of heaven.
The view of dense forests
as the clock hits morning eleven.
The trees pointing the sky,
the leaves about to fly.
The rainbow in it's shades,
painted the horizon so high.
Creatures down the height,
appears tiny to the eyesight.
Flying eagles at the top,
never find a reason to stop
swirling their feathery wings,
as if they belong to the family of kings.
A flock of sheep grazing
the grasses of earth.
The little lamb playing within
the place of it's birth.
The sun usually sets
in between the two vast hills.
The night gives reasons,
for a lot more of exciting thrills.
Fire in the centre, lit up by woods
nose tickling smells, out of the foods.
Starting from truth and dare,
ended up with the musical chair,
the darkness spread around
has a lot in it to stare.
What a night it is ! Pleasing the heart so deep.
Under the sky full of stars, down came the comfort sleep.
The void created by the robotic life,
sometimes needs a change.
To fill the space within,
discover some locations strange.
