For the sake of the love
I've kept alive for these years,
I'll let you walk away since
you never cared to turn back once,
you never tried to receive what I've been sending,
you never wanted to remain mine
and that's why I'm letting this dream die
for no more pain this heart could bear
and it has no courage to see you becoming
somebody's 'mine'.

He slides his arms around my neck and

He and she
I never figured if it was the mere glory of the night or something they had in themselves,
But the night just seemed endless as if the stars were aligned in their favour. His smile said ‘I love you’ and her eyes replied ‘I do too’.
He was walking her home but she felt it in her heart that he was it. They stopped by the tree by her house to bid goodbye, “I need to tell you something...” he said grabbing her by her shoulders, “yes...tell me?” She said stoking his hair with her fingers... she saw the sadness in his eyes she couldn’t think why. He sighed in despair, he just couldn’t bring himself to say it. She grabbed his neck and insisted, “what is it?”
He looked her in the eyes and said,” I- I’m leaving this summer...” her grip on his neck loosened, she couldn’t say anything her eyes questioned his with tears.
He continued,” and I don’t know for how long so... I don’t wanna be the one who limits you... you are full of dreams and aspirations that I know will come true and so I want you to know that I love you more than anything and it scares me when I imagine this world without you but I love you enough to let you go and I can’t be selfish with you and no matter how much it kills me to leave I have to... I love you “ and then he gently kissed her, as he kissed her he could feel her tears on his cheeks it made his face damp...
She was left speechless as if she had forgotten to speak and he was the only one who could teach her , with the little that was left in her she mustered to say,” no... I- I can’t !” And she ran into her house .
She spent the night crying and so did he... after all they were giving up their hearts...
