1) Not Loving The Self.
2)Not Valuing Life.
3)Taking other people opinions of you as more important than truth itself.
4) Being Self Critical.
So ask yourself today why don't I love myself?
Why I don't think life is worth living?
Why other people nonsense matters more than me and my life.?
Why I like to punish myself with Self critical words?
The life is Within and the answers are within too.

Tasveere purani mujhe ab yh ehsaas dilati hai hmari ki jo pyar mai teri ankho me dekha karti thi , wo to bht phle hi kho chuka tha .
Jin ankho ko dekh kr mujhe kbhi pyar ka ehsaas hua tha wo to bht phle hi badal chuki thi , or jo pyar tune kiya tha mujhse wo mai tujhse karne lagi thi .
