Be Happy & Don't Worry!
We all know life isn't easy.
Even a kid realise this soon.
It's hard but true we all are dying!
But worst
we are perishing & dying fast
by trusting false people, false friends, relying on false information, being hyper active & being misguided.
Also by living too much
sedentary & idle life!
With this our soul is half ripped apart
as we also have to bear the load to be alert & cautious than being fully joyful naturally like an innocent child!
In fact we are not to live life as this- in troubles, hardship & tons of tension of past, present & future!
Thus life becomes hard a difficult!
Fear seeps in & living becomes
painful daily for many of us!
Now the quest is to find out normal legitimate joys in life!
Simple answer:
Stick to true God Jehovah.
Avoid many people.
Take care of you health both
physical & emotional.
Surprisingly as we avoid a lot of
people immediately we get more calm,
more time & also ease & peace of mind!
As days are getting hard day by day many people are grafted to be cheater's, swindler's & gossipers!
It's hard but true &
it's from beginning of humankind!
So our main concern is to be Safe, Happy & Productive with fairly beneficial
results to all involved!
So we need to put effort to find out right from wrong, also correct & update & ourselves as & when needed.
Keep our life simple. Be calm & care for our health physical as well as mental & emotional daily.
Surprisingly it's not hard!
A walk in garden, little unselfish help to someone without expecting returns gives us more self respect & happiness right within us!
Since health is prime concern
we should take it seriously .
Try to be fit generally which requires, simple walking &/or moderate excercise, balanced diet, regular medical checkups if needed.
And be away from entangling
in gadgets, noise & useless,
news, media hype.
Caring for others gives
lot of emotional peace and ease!
It release our time chocked in worries of oneself & our beloved ones, problems real or in botheration.
Being kind, simple, giving & sharing too gives good feeling to ourselves.

Often many of us forget to realise life is going all monotonous from long!
Do we need to take a break?
A small trip near by?
Meeting any old friend, caring for relative also boost good mental health & feelings within ourself!
Besides there is great need
to avoid the following:
Lot of useless TV & news, loud noise, eating junk food & often.
Unnecessarily worrying about ourselves or others (some worries is justified but not overmuch) it does no good!
Being Simple than sophisticated
helps in tons!
So Be Happy & Don't Worry!

Its the key to have unlimted madness

With a million thoughts, swirling his soul

Evolving
It was new as if yesterday,
I crushed the shells of shame and self pities
The cover shattered into random tiny hundred pieces.
I cried for a day or two,
Thinking I should feel all blue
I was timid,shy like a closed flower,
I didn't bloom,I thought no one cared.
Now the seasons changed,
Now the tables have turned
I am evolving with wings of time.
A brand new experience awaits,
I blossomed into a beautiful lotus
Undergone enchanting metamorphosis
into new skin of joy and self love.

It was nice while it lasted; a sweet joy
"What happened then? What's the scenario?"
Morphed into an alluring nightmare
An illusion, with the sign 'Beware'.
"Oohh!" Sad sighs mouthed. "What now then?"
Well, let me pay heed to the sign and give up
For now, once and for all. I am dangerously tired
The Red of Love in me is slowing melting away
And I haven't ever felt this much lighter.
Ask me, "Why?",once more and I'll tell you
Oh Darling! It was a sweet joy while it lasted
