यु तो हम हमेशा बोलते है की ज़िन्दगी हमारी है इसके डिसिशन भी हमारे है पर जब भी कभी हालत आते है जो सोचे नहीं होते या देखे नहीं होते तब हम उन् लोगो से सलाह लेते है जो पहले उस हालत से निकल चुके है उस वक़्त हमारी ज़िन्दगी हमारे डिसिशन प्रभाव हो जाते है और कभी कभी सोच भी.

वासे तो हर सवाल का जवाब हम पाना छत्ते है पर अक्सर ये भूल जाते है की ज़िन्दगी ने वक़्त दिया है और वक़्त ने सवाल तो जब वक़्त सवाल दे सकता है तो उसके जवाब भी तो दे सकता है जब वक़्त को सही लगेगा वो दे देगा

यु देखो तो सब तरफ अकेलापन दिखेगा, कभी कभी लगेगा की कोई आपके साथ नहीं है और ढूंढ़ना चाऊ तो पता चलेगा की हर तरफ कुछ ऐसे साथी है जो हमेशा हमारे साथ है, छाए जैसे हालत हो जब तक जीवन है उनका साथ रहेगा जैसे हवा, पानी, सूरज, चाँद, आसमान, हमारा शरीर .
बस देखने का फर्क है और उसी हालत में जैसे मई साथी ढूंढ सकते है उसी तरह ख़राब से ख़राब हालत मई उम्मीद भी ढूंढ सकते है.

यु तो ज़िन्दगी बहुत ही छोटी है पर ज़िन्दगी का दिया हुआ हर पल या तो कुछ सिखाता है या कुछ बताता है पर हम न जाने क्यों उसको समझ नहीं पाते या फिर समझना नहीं चाहते, हमने जो ज़िन्दगी बनायीं है उससे हम बहार आना नहीं चाहते किसी न किसी कारन से.

यूँ तो चाय के अलग अलग रंग बनते हैं,
पर जो सबसे बेहतरीन होती है वो होती है सुनहरे रंग की चाय.
इसमे दूध, पानी और चायपत्ती का आपसी अनुपात बहुत मायने रखता है. साथ ही मायने रखती है टाइमिंग. अगर ज्यादा देर चायपत्ती उबल गयी तो फिर काली हो जाती है और स्वाद भी कड़वा हो जाता है.
चाय बनाना मेरे लिए एक मापदण्ड भी है. अगर चाय अच्छी बन गई तो इसका मतलब कि मेरा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य बढ़िया है. और अगर कुछ गड़बड़ हुई तो इसका मतलब कि कुछ दिमागी उलझन चल रहीं है.
