We were all daffodils and hot chocolate hugs
Heart-shaped rocks and matching coffee mugs
We said what we had was enough,
Not to chase people's opinions of us
But here you are, laughing in the spotlight
People's words bringing your pride to a height
There's no room for me in the crowd,
No time for us even after you've smiled and bowed
I'll see you when the glory fades.
My love, your love, our bright-white potential
I see your surrounded stage amd feel inessential
Are you happy with this mistress,
This distraction from life distress?
It's not real, a shadow realm of lies,
Because they don't know the you who picked flowers off roadsides
Silly boy who grew up when someone saw his talent
I want to love you, want to leave you,
Need to find a balance
I'll see you when the glory fades.

Who could understand the pain of this heart
The yearning of the heart in confusion
The heart that craves to love and be loved
The heart that finds comfort in pain and joy
The heart that seeks to be understood and appreciated
The heart that is still standing the trial of time
When will this heart find its home?
When will this heart find its peace?
When will it be at ease with total serenity?
When will this heart stop searching for forever?
When will true love locate this lonely heart?
When is that time for the lonely heart?
Home they say could be found in the heart
Home is in the heart of the loving heart
Home filled with bliss and love
Home that can never be traded for any
Home a lonely heart finds solitude in
When will this lonely heart find its home?

Lost In Pain
Anger,
Pain.
It's getting harder to hide
All the feelings I've built up inside.
It's hard to explain
Without being considered insane,
So I've kept to myself
Until I realized I need help.
Even the weekends seem to be a chore.
Putting a smile on my face as I walk out the door.
Wanting to run away,
But where can I go?
Around people or not, I still feel alone.
I cry all the time now.
I used to think I was strong.
Now it's a struggle just to hold on.
To make it through the day
Without an odd look my way
Or someone asking me if I'm okay.
But maybe it will do me good
To let someone help if they could.
Just one hug is all I need.
Just one person that cares is all I plead.
And then I might get through another day
Of waiting for my anger and pain to fade away.10 0
LONELY WRINKLES BED
When I awake from my lonely slumber,
I am greeted by the memories,
the recollections,
the nostalgia.
I see you and I pillow fighting
flinging pillows at each other
I see me holding your waist as you cook
I see my eyes burning when you chop the onions
I see us sweeping together
each taking a different portion
I see you standing on your toes whenever we kiss
I see you holding my hands saying "babe please come back quickly"
I see us feeling each other's presence
I see us kissing, as I go in slowly
your pleasure filled expressions
I hear you moaning as you grip me hard
not letting go, wanting more.
I feel your nails, as they scratch my back.
driven by the force of the pleasure you receive
I see us happy, but now all I see is my lonely wrinkled bed.

Found the one who understands, with thoughts alike

Caged Heart
Mine is a caged heart that quivers.
It lets in no intruders nor visitors.
High unscalable walls it boasts.
It's a river, impassable by sailboats.
How did it end up in a lock down?
Was it the result of an emotional breakdown?
Or a choice made in an instant?
Maybe there lies hope in the distance.
But for now, it lies with bated breath.
Steady, sturdy, stoic and stealth.

Like a wind luring you to your

It came in slowly,gently,but ate in deeply.
I felt so rooted in it like a Palm tree in the depths of the earth
It's first words were enchanting and soothing to my Heart,
As a result my heart was carried away by Her sweet words,paying deaf ears to the pleas of my Mind to disengage from this stranger...
Alas!! I've been mislead by my own heart, the tales of her woes are all deception,
forwarded at driving my peace away

The Great Grey Grief
Your poisonous roots entwined around my whole existence.
First the poison tоοk possession of my mind
Then the poison entered in my veins and there it remains. My heart in chains. My imagination engulfed, no longer full of happiness and joy but of monsters and destroy.
All was now in grey, all immersed in gloomy mist.
There is no relief for my grief.
