In the midst of continuous desolation;
There's an active synapse effect-
Full of hope.
Full of love.
Full of existence.
Lurking in this murk,
Happiness finds its mark.

Who Could It Be?
The darkness of the room is welcoming me to ponder
And I see that I yearn for the quiet of the night and the
Darkness finds me sitting in the corner of this room
Rocking back and forth wishing and praying to be left with
Only myself.
The dark room where there should have been only me,
Appeared to be another being lurking in the dark.
A noise startled me suddenly, when in front of me a
Ghost held the night. Then came what I thought to be
footsteps? Could it be someone else is in the room?

Starlit with a brilliant moon hovering overhead.
The breeze, soft and cool.
The trees aligned,
Singing softly to the tunes of the sky.
The road was empty,
The voice inside my head, quiet.
As my heart skipped a beat,
I took a step outside the house,
Into the night.
I stood there looking at the sky,
Watching the moon, gazing at the stars.
I looked around.
Deserted.
The voice at the back of my head snapped.
As my mind did a whirlwind,
I took a step further outside the house,
Into the night.
It was a quiet night,
But the voice inside my head was not,
It was turning tables, and throwing pieces.
As I stood there,
I caught a movement at the end of the road.
The voice in my head caught up,
And screamed,
What's lurking in the dark?
I froze for a little while,
Believing it.
The night wasn't beautiful anymore,
The stars a little hazy,
The moon a little grey,
As I turned and ran away,
As my heart raced,
I ran into the house.
The air suddenly cold,
The voice inside my head spoke,
Stilting. Chilling.
What was hiding in the dark?
When you stepped outside the house,
Into the night.

something hides behind the door
lurking - not wanting to be seen
it's eyes are red
from all the crying
but no sound was heard
as it quietly cries
into the void
shoulders are slumped
as if it's carrying the world
on its back
and on its head is the crown
of exhaustion and melancholy

Strangers dream to avenge happiness,
Renaissance of hopes takes birth,
Immense flood of songs numbs my ears,
Memories lure away,
Yearning for your presence in my ambience,
Lurking like a lark, fighting for smiles,
Occuring like an unprecedented dreams,
Veiling the eyes,
Eyes which saw a thousand of hopes together!

The monster lurks in the dark
Under our beds
It sure struck fear into the child
Sprinting by dark alleys
Racing through dark corners
The child sure sensed a being
Something surely lurked by
Growing up, as years passed by
The child grew to a man
Fear of the dark and lurking monsters
Changed to fear of man
People struck fear inside
Sprinting changed to smiles
Racing changed to friendly handshakes
Everything around changes from when he was a child
Fear changed from a monster to the people lurking by..
