    On Mother's Day
    By Bhavya Gogia

As I began to write something
On the outstanding woman I call my mother,
The blank pages give an empty stare
And fill my mind with huge despair
Oh she's cool, she's gorgeous no doubt
She's wise of course and I wanna make her proud
She gives me love, I will get from none
And if I know a live goddess, she is the one
But is that enough, the pages ask me
The words adoring her are infinitely many,
But what portion of my self centered heart
Could I give to her, as she does selflessly?
To give her something, mere words to say,
Would be like giving the Sun a ray of light
To give her a present to show our love,
Would be showing God, our little might
Well, one who bothers about my well being,
Since the day I took my first breath,
What gifts could I ever give her,
Which may repay my ever flowing debts?
As I ponder over my helplessness,
    The blank stares answer back,
There's 'nothing' you can give to the one,
Who dedicated her life to selfless love
When there's no expecting, and only to offer
The soul becomes like God, they say
While we reflect on the rarity of such state
We experience its irony every day!
Why would I compare a mother to God
When God's love is called 'motherly' by all
Why would I think I can repay her love,
I'd rather stay in the debt forever more,
Therefore I pray to the almighty today,
Is to grant her beatitude, all blessedness
She never grieves, her smile be sempiternal
    And showers perpetual happiness!

    My cherished Present
    By Bhavya Gogia

Give me not all sorts of wealth
Neither give me, joys and pleasures
I don't desire life like Gods*
    Neither give me prosperous abodes
All I ask is the eternal gift
    Of ShriVishnu's lotus feet
If someone could just give me these
I'll serve them I promise without fees
This life has never cherished much
Perishable items of plastic and dust
And neither jewels nor happy smiles
All I wish for now is a devoted life
To the Feet of Lakshmi Narayana
    I desire just that perfection
I never lose a thought of them (that's my prayer)
And give me neither jewels or gems
    I've known devotees many such
Who conquered senses by his Feet's dust
Then can I not conquer my petty mind
If just for once, I am blessed by his sight?

*I here use the words Gods because here I mean to say people who consider themselves as God and who are rich and egoistic due to that. God is only one, writing Gods isn't correct. For celestials other than ShrimanNarayana, they are called Devi- Devatas.

I am tired of my foolish mind and desires. If someone could gift me the taste of ShriVishnu's Lotus Feet then I will be an unpaid servant to him/her. (This is the role of an Acharya though one who joins us with His Lotus Feet is an Acharya and none else.)

    When I met My Lord
    By Bhavya Gogia

Let me narrate to you an event
    Blissful which I call,
    When finally time stopped,
    When I met My Lord
    In the dark chambers
    Of my restless mind
    Full of deceit and abhor
    Tears rolling day and night
    Evenings and morn
Let me narrate to you an event
    When I met My Lord
    Sans Hope, I survived
    Those darkest of storms
For there was a ray of Light
    Which led my mind along
I closed my eyes, just to open
    Them towards a Dawn
Let me narrate to you an event
    When I met My Lord
    The brightness took shape
    Of the Supreme God
    Which made me stand still
As I adored the peerless Form
Not a single word could I
Attribute to that class of its own
Let me narrate to you an event
    When I met My Lord
    That magnificent image
    Which was lovingly adorned
    With peacock feathers on crest
    And four shoulders broad
    Melting blue in complexion
    And clad with golden clothes
Let me narrate to you an event
    When I met My Lord
It seemed to me as if I felt
    Bliss for the first time,
The 'actual bliss' or should I say
    Just to be precise
Eyes as large as lotus petals
    Resting in heaven's ponds
Let me narrate to you an event
    When I met My Lord
I was too still to say a word
    But my body fell
At those feet which embraced me back
    While I was motionless
    I gleefully reciprocated to then
The chest where Shri was aboard
Let me narrate to you an event
    When I met My Lord
    I asked him, 'Where's Ma?
    Do tell Oh Dearest Lord!'
And he took my little hand
    To his chest, (Ma's)Mercy's abode
    I smiled with happiness hence
To see his Heart and Soul(viz Ma)
Let me narrate to you an event
    When I met My Lord
Happily when I saw my world
    Resting in himself
I left behind the world of Sorrow
    And my very self
    Dancing then on his melody
I sing of him like a bard
Let me narrate to you an event
    When I met My Lord

So, this is just an imagination/dream of my meeting with the Lord ❤ In the pic Ma's image is quite clear but wasn't in my dream hence I asked the question, where's Ma? Though knowing She always resides in his heart still I wished to see the Merciful One because of whom I could acknowledge that vision, Dreaming...
    Jaya ShriHari! Jaya ShrimanNarayana! ❤❤
