IF
If you can keep being you,
And hold your head high when all about you is crumbling
Or everything is going wrong and everyone keeps blaming it on you
If you can trust yourself,
When all men do is assume you aren't good enough ,
If you can wait and not give up quickly,
Or be lied to, and still find a way to see the truth in all those lies,
Or being hated, but give them a reason not to,
And yet you don’t look too good on the inside,
But people don't know because you speak nothing of how you feel
If you can dream, and not make those dreams control you
If you can think, and not make those thoughts your aim but the actions;
If you can meet with Destruction and Determination
And treat those two imposters just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Turned upside down by those enemies you call friends
Or watch the things you gave life to, break you in return
If you can make a list of all your winnings
And rejoice about it, even for a split moment
And lose, but start again at the beginning but determined to do better
And never regret that loss;
If you can force your heart to move on
To serve you till you are worn out
And so hold on when there is nothing left in you
Except the voice in your head which says “Go on you can do it”
If you can talk with crowds and be sane ,
Or walk with great people, but never lose composure,
If neither enemies nor loving friends can hurt you,
No matter how hard they make sure you stumble and fall
Then Earth will be yours and everything that’s in it,
Because courage and determination are those two things that are certain to make you Great!!!

Insecurities
You love someone and you wonder where he/she goes to on most days or at night
The insecurity or jealousy eats you up on the inside
She's probably with her high heels,her full lips and her ego in her purse
He's with his sneakers, with his best perfume so good you could taste it
You love how he/ she wears those glasses and it rests on their nose with ease
You are scared that when they leave, they won't have a reason to return to your arms
You love them, you wish they were so ugly no one would want them so they could be all yours.
Anyone observing, can see how exceptional they are, how they ruin us all , distracting us ,even in our sleep their beauty tortures us.
But you really love them, Everyone must become so clumsy at recognizing beauty if you are to keep them
You don’t want to lose them, at all, ever, because loosing them might leave you dead
You want them not only for sex,but for every single part of them, their time, attention and utmost affection.
You know it's gonna hurt more if they leave without an explanation
You actually wish they do tell so you're prepared for it
Cause this Love is nothing like you've ever known
And dying might be the only way to survive such pain.

Today we laugh
Today we smile
Today we are sad
Today we remember past lovers
Today we appreciate the new ones or the ONE
Today we say bye to toxic traits and bad habits
Today we say welcome to being changed persons and positive affirmations
Today we reconcile with past beefs
Today we cut some people off
Today we remember our achievements
Today we remember our flaws
Today we make plans
Today we get rid of failed ones
Today we sleep and dream
Today we stay awake all night, thinking
Today we have nightmares
Today we have sex dreams
Today we have one night stands
Today we get married and make commitments
Today we take breaks
Today we get engaged
Today we say our say our vows or get them renewed
Today we get a divorce or get separated
Today we loose someone we love
Today we gain a newborn
All these happens "TODAY"
A day when "WE" get things done, whether we can or cannot control it

Emotions
Why do we feel the things we feel?
Why do some actions feel like sins?
Why can't we fall in love and damn the consequences?
Why do we form immature connections on purpose?
Why do we give up on things we should have fought for?
Why do we hurt the ones we love?
Why don't we love the ones that love us?
A million questions, with zero answers
Only to get hurt but the ones who don't love us.
Some memories can't be forgotten
Some memories we try to forget to feel less of the pain
People we call friends that we help rise up but stab us in the back
To the ones whose commitments are written on stones
To the ones locked with a key somewhere
To the ones with their intentions etched in their hearts
To the ones constantly tortured for the sake of love
To those who don't take the constant tortures because they are strong at heart
To the ones who refuse to surrender to love or lust
To the ones who get heart broken but still love again
To the ones who break hearts and feel no remorse
But more importantly to those who bottle up their feelings and die silently on the inside.

I crave your mouth, your voice, your hair,your smirks
Silent and starving, I prowl through the books where I write about you
I try to eat but my jaw seems locked
I hunger for your laugh,your hands,the desire to see your pale fingernails,
I want to eat your skin gently not too much it hurts though.
I want to kiss the sunbeam on your back as the sun rises and your nose that sits gently on your face,
I want to touch the shade of your lashes,
And pace around hungry,when it's dark
Watching the stars, yearning for you, for your heart, your love
Just so you could be only mine.

Favorite Weather ☁️
I love the cold weather
But needless to say the cold weather loves me too
Maybe I think that way because I haven't slipped or fallen
And the weather's better
I would rather not sweat but freeze
Right there in my duvet
The urge to cuddle and be held
Treated affectionately, given light kisses
The feeling of waking up and not drowning in the pool of my own sweat, such Joy!
I really wish the weather didn't ever have to be hot
Cause then I would never really have a reason to leave bed

I'm becoming more silent this days
Could it be that I'm fading away or,
Am I loosing myself and I just don't know it yet
I try to speak but the words don't come out
I'm numb I can't feel
Even seeing has become tough
My whole body,waiting for my brain to send responses so I could move a part of me
If only I could just feel something again maybe living won't be so overrated right now..

The world is said to be round,but

But one great truth in life I've found,
While I've been going around making memories and gaining experiences
The only folks who would really cause you pain
Are those we love the best.
The man you truly hate
Can rouse your wrath, it's true
Annoyance in your heart will rise
At things strangers do;
But those are only normal
The obvious wound which aches more
Is dealt by hands we love.
The sweetest grab,the sweetest grace,
Are often shown by stranngers
The careless attitudes,the frowning face,
Are usually given by our very own.
We flatter those we rarely know,
We please those guests we meet by chance
And give too many blows
To those who love us best.
Love does not grow on every tree,
Neither does the heart mend immediately after every heartbreak
Only for those who see and feel that:
The only folks who give us pain
Are those we love the best.

Little less
It was February 14th,
Valentine's Day.
"Baby, I'm gonna take you for a dinner tonight,"
he said to her.
She didn't say a word,
instead, she lowered her head
and fell silent.
He was surprised and
shocked by her response,
"What happened?"
he asked her.
"I had my periods in the morning, I'm sorry!"
she replied sadly.
He hugged her and
comforted her soul
for the rest of the day.
And in return,
she loved him
a little less than
her father.
