And “Gods mercy is for us!”
He looked down and stated sadly
“They no longer even fear”
God slowly turned His head
As His eyes shed some tears
They searched the scriptures daily
To validate their cause
As they cussed and gossiped harshly
They didn’t give a pause
Women of God are dressing sexy
Men of God just want the dough
Saints now love the world
Unchurched youth? Nowhere to go!
The remnant that is gathering
No longer do they toil
The lukewarm keeps on going
They now are out of oil
Search the scriptures daily
Search hard, for the path is narrow
God is looking down upon us
And His eye is on the sparrow!

Mumma, I want to adopt that kid. I met her again in the local park all of a sudden. She looked so carefree and brave. Unlike me, she got up on her own after getting stumbled. She never complains about 'others not liking her' or 'life sucking her'.
Mumma, I just fell in love with her and want to keep her with me forever.
But Mumma, I left her behind and moved on with time. Earlier she was always with me and now I rarely meet her but today when I visualized her in the park, I realised how happy I was with her. Don't ask her name mumma! You know her very well. Afterall, you have given her that beautiful name and raised her so well.
I want her so badly. Yeah I know I am a little careless and irresponsible too but Mumma I promise you that I will take care of her and won't let her go away from me again.
You getting me right! Yeah I want to adopt the 'lil me' for the rest of my life.

A new wheel turns and spins in her mind
No need for sleep, for this wheel
is unkind
It turns and spins out
pitiful
thoughts!
She tosses and turns, but
sleep can't be
bought!
The wheel, it churns out
speculations
Corruptive not nice,
a rough
education!
Like a hamster,
the wheel keeps
on running
Trails of thoughts
so masterfully
cunning!
On and on,
it picks up
speed
Round and round
the brain
it feeds!
Growing lies that don't
exist
The wheel spins out
"that and
this"
Giving life to
eyes that
wonder
In midnight hours,
it pushed and
plundered!
Secrets unfold
given by whispers!
An animal cries, another
one whimpers!
Still this wheel
inside the mind
guides her to the morning unkind!
