May I let go of the fear that once held me in its clutches

Life is much more simple than I give it credit for when my creativity feels dried up and experiencing a drought
Pausing now to allow for healing
This change has brought me to faithful new beginnings
Once again I realize the only requirement is to trust
God shines the Light through shadows, illustrating by His teachings that hope is a must
Laughing to myself, I ride off into the sunset
I'm the only one that holds me back, how quickly we humans can forget
