Everything became poetry
Sometimes I look at you and think “how are you real?”
The sheer beauty of your face and the solace which you give me is sometimes so very unbelievable.
So close to whispering that all this, all this life, before you which I had was just a waste, it was like I was living someone else’s fiction.
Then you walked in..And my god, every single outline of my life came alive.
Everything became poetry.

के तुम हमारे ख़ास नहीं?
माना अभी हम पास नहीं,
पर इसका मतलब यह थोड़ी है,
की अब मिलने की भी कोई आस नहीं?
महफिलें अब अलग सी लगती है,
राते अब हमारी अलग सी जागती है,
पर अब हमें यह महफिलें और रातें,
आप के बिना बिलकुल रास नहीं।

तुम हमें सियासत से बॉट ते रहना,
हम अपनी कला,
और जज्बे से आगे बढ़ते रहेंगे।
कहीं थक कर आराम ना कर लेना,
हम एक पुराने देश के नए कलाकार है,
ऐसे हो या वैसे,
आजादी तोह ले के रहेंगे।
तुम अपनी कोशिश जारी रखना,
क्यूं की हम देखेंगे!
हम देखेंगे और अब हम टोकेंगे।

Lonely in a broken world
I don't have friends
I don't have people who understand
I want to tell my story and hear people say they can relate
Everytime I talk people say I don't make sense
So I keep quiet
I keep my thoughts to myself
I am just a lonely person behind a broken smile
I've been having hidden insecurities for a while
I take a lot of pictures to make myself look interesting
Making myself look a bit more fascinating
Nobody gets to see the side when I cry
Nobody gets to wipe the tears that I cry
No one is willing to listen to a broken heart
Voices in my head keep telling me that perfection is a must
Am tired of being depressed
Is this ever going to end?
People keep telling me to love myself
But am a lost soul
I really don't know who I am
I am surrounded by a lot of people
