    Preserve and cherish,
    The pale blue dot,
    This is the only home,
    We’ve, ever got!!

    Landfills burning desire,
    Garbage, as Earth’s attire,
    Methane killing lives,
    Recycle, the only revive.

    Ecosystem, is what lost,
Please protect it at any cost,
    Plastics, glasses and tin,
Please, go back to your bin.

    Soil, is what defile,
    Making our earth hostile,
    Dioxins filling up hills,
    Waste, giving no chills!

    Holy River, is now black,
    Filled with dirt & slack,
    Factory waste, is what strife,
    Killing entire Marine life.

    The air, seems bleed,
    Stinking of people greed,
    Asthma, is their prize,
    No tears, left in eyes!

    Don’t feed the rodents,
    They may harm you,
    & please don’t litter,
    or, things may be bitter!

    Mt. Everest highest heap,
    only b/c of some cheap,
    Obstruction of sewer drains,
    Flood giving lasting pain!

    Mosquitos, All around,
    Sucking blood from ground,
    Challenges are just bout,
    Sink in and sink out!

    When we place our,
    Garbage in the right bin,
    Both of us & nature,
    Will clearly get win!

    Reuse, reduce & recycle,
The words we all need to know,
    Reduce waste, reuse the old,
    Recycling’s the way to go!

    Garbage, all around,
    Destroying billion pounds,
    Our future seems waste,
    Garbage, an alarming Haste.

    Dead Satellites

Around the earth’s curve in silence
    As frozen husks
The faint chatter of their masters
    Fades into static
    Metal legions turn above
How they clash and they burst asunder
    Into glittering storms of dust
    Driven out into the heavens
    By the reveries of kings
    Now they’ve broken their gaze
    With the cluttered night sky
    Their ghostly beacons
    Slash into the circling void
    Giving back every rock
    Every mineral that was stolen

Talk about the misdoings in society
Talk about it's grime that gives you anxiety
Uncomfortable, you say, it's Progress, I say.
Be conscious of your problematic reality
    and it's discrepancies
From which injustices arise in the name
Of money, cast, colour, gender and creed.
Because, the crime, isn't the murder or the pollution,
It is the society which just stands and sees.
Why do I need to burden myself, you ask?
Why postpone the truth that will eventually hurt you, if you don't act now, I ask?
Why can't I just mind my own business, you ask?
Will you be able to turn a blind eye
When you're the one in trouble I ask?
Only Conversations can pave way for solutions
    Living to only serve ourselves
    Without taking the right action
Will pave the way for our destruction.
    Reject your blissful ignorance
And stop running away from the problem
    Stop passing on the blame.
Look the problem in the eye
    And do your part
    As a member of society.

    Mother Earth

    Troubled waters run the river
    Into the stream of things
    It promises what It delivers
    Complicating dreams

    A titan timbre topples over
    Crushing the brush below it
Rushing through the month of December
Without a single soul ever knowing

    Mother Earth is hurt worst
    With cities sickened solutions
    Throwing garbage in her purse
What the hell are we doing

    Sky is crying fire.
    Winds are hurling
    A storm.
    Earth quivers in
    Boggled awe.
    As a revolution
    Comes alive.

    Icecaps are afraid
    Of a wave of heat.
    Mountains shiver out
    In a cold that beats.
    Seas too slosh
    In scare,
    To the revolution
    That's in wake.

    Forests have lost
    Their cool.
    Animals are as
    Trees do anticipate
    Something bad.
    The revolution in
    Wake, is not
    Welcome at all.

    Demons are
    Running for life.
    Angels are confused
    Taking sides.
    Gods sit coughing,
    For being pleased
    With lit-up cigars.

    And the man lauds
    The smoke,
    He is breathing.
    Lits another cigarette,
    To celebrate the
    Next revolution
    He wants to bring in.

    Updated Red List

    The Earth said:
    "Trees my tresses,
    water my attire,
    Sun my jewel,
    Moon my bindi,
    Birds my radio,
    Humans my babies".

    The human said:
    "Cut the trees,
    Pollute the water
    Hunt the birds,
    Huh.. let's have fun!".

    The future simply said:
    " Endangered Homo sapiens".

We are all rivers, but there's more than one kind.

As our odyssey unravels, forget not the travels and tribulations of each person and their station.
For where you're from and how you're going; these truly impact your knowing.
Developing along particular tendencies, we are swept in currents and streams - brooks and creeks that flow and push from the sea.
A vast ocean of connectedness, splashing and mixing calmly; no gray spray or mist.
Such a calm beginning we all shared, and thinning is the sense that we are all from there.
Not all rivers flow the same, some are peaceful and others lay claims and redirect lanes.
Some build dams, sacrificing another river to fill themselves; some rivers crash and crush with a force that's seldom felt.
Some rivers dump all their sludge and grime, filth and crime down runoffs; oh less fortunate late-comers, that is likely you.

    You once told me
    about a prophet who prophesied
    of the phantasmagorical
    while standing in
    the grotty gallery
    of havocs arriving
    one after another
    in this luminous land
    of luxury and austerity.
    Just when
    skeleton bodies
will finish most of the lilies
    and defile the extensive sea
    and animals will
    crawl in their knees
    humans will ask
    for next breathe .

    And maybe the time
    isn't far away.
    It's waiting outside
    the Halloween door
    Or maybe for the
    next elections to cease .
As the Gaia is tortured for centuries
    and she can't bare
    one more dried sea,
and the flee of her favourite trees...

We pour filth into the rivers
    The river laughs
It pours it back on our very heads

    We continually cut down trees
    The forest laughs
It reduces our fresh air supply

We make oil explorations without a care
    The ground laughs
It bleeds oil into our clean waters

    We forever build polluting factories
    The air laughs
It chokes our very children to death

Wow. Seven days gone in a flash, and it was so much fun. Thank you @writersbay , you make us push our limits! ✨

A nature poem from the next century.
In case you haven't guessed, it's a plastic bottle.
But the editing messed it up

I wanted to delete it, but I guess the message is important, so I'll leave it for now

    Lion O lion
    How high
    are your flyin'?
    Drinking milk
    From cow teats
    As innocent blood flows
    On the bloody streets.

    Lion O lion
    Don't you know
    they're lyin'?
    Feeding you lies
    so you can't see
    The exploited, murdered millions
    In the plastic soup sea

    Lion O lion
    Can't you hear
    their cryin'?
    As you say "but bacon",
    Blinding yourself to the cost
That we all shall have to pay
    For this animal holocaust?

    I have cut trees
    I have polluted the air
    Air is for free
    Why should I even care
But now that I am sick
And I need air to breath
The air that I took for granted
I have to pay huge price for it...

    Save environment, save yourself

Nature has already shown us how cruel it can be. The intelligent need no details. The way we humans are exploiting the nature, one day will come when we have to leave this planet to settle down elsewhere. Nature in the beginning was pure, sacred and bountiful. We humans started hurting it, felling forests, and killing other animals, just to satiate our greed. Our greed didn't get satiated. We started making lethal weapons which polluted the air and water. Today in some places, we hear, there's a shortage of 'pure air'. Why did it happen so? Who turned the cities into gas chambers? Who intoxicated the water bodies? It's all done by the 'inhuman' in us. Please save the planet for yourself.

    In the verge of extention
    The last man stood
    With the forest fallen concrete
    And flowing smelly fluid
    Gazing past his memories
    How it met its ending
    Breathing the smoggy air
    From the last tree standing
