So there's difference in both. The post talks about the second case and about thinking practical on certain situation accepting truth. Btw, it is okay to feel hopeless, sad or angry sometimes bcoz that's when you gain new wisdom and get stronger. No one need to be positive all the time because having any negative feelings doesn't make us a negative person but a human. What is wrong is, to remain with that negativities giving it to home inside us. Taking time to heal naturally is a part of journey everyone goes through. Talking about the second case is imp too.
