Left Alone
I would like to be left alone
Alone to listen to the beats of my own heart
For I no longer can tell the rhythm of its beat
I've been away from me for so long
I would like to be left alone
Alone here sitting and pondering
Wondering what the morrow will be bringing
I would like to return me home
I would like to be on my own
For all the emotions I've invested has yielded no return
I'm here, but 'all' is gone
I fear, for my power is gone
I will like to be left alone
Alone with the noise of the silence
Feel free to call us best friends
For really, we have been together for a while, and we have grown.

I was broken,
And completely shaken,
When the world around me decided to betray,
Making me go all astray,
Sunset and sunrise wasn't making any difference,
The think that matters to them were their preference,
I was losing the power of my senses,
I decided to mute my feelings in my defense,
After getting buried in the grave,
Rage hit me in wave,
Leaving everything behind,
Renaissance was the only cure for my disturbed mind,
Hugging me in my own arms,
Expecting nothing but my own charms,
Renaissance made me phoenix,
Mending all my emotional mix,
There's only me with me till the end,
Happy for me till the end.

Day and night,

On the ledge of my head,
Folly curiosity sucking
The calmness off me,
Phony love off her words
Lost its way to reality,
A joke triggered
To my bones
When she said

Are you worried?
Do you have many "what if thoughts"?
Thinking or talking unnecessarily about the past? ~ Way in which we avoid the present. No way to cope with such a situation, because it doesn't exist.
But apart from the past that we remember and perhaps identify with, isn't there another level of past within us that is much more deep-seated?
Now here, I'm talking about the unconscious past that conditions our lives, especially through early childhood experiences, perhaps even past-life experiences. Things that determine how we see the world, how we react, what we think, what kind of relationships we have, and how we live our lives.
How could we ever become conscious of all that or get rid of it? How long would that take? And even if we did, what would there be left?
What is left when illusion ends?
Whatever you need to know about the unconscious past in you, the challenges of the present will bring it out. You don't need to investigate.
However, If you delve into the past, it will become a bottomless pit - "There is always more."
You may think that you need more time to understand the past or become free of it, or that the future will eventually free you of the past.
This is delusion.
Only the present can free you of the past.
More time cannot free you of time.
Access POWER OF NOW.
That's the key!
