From the blue spacious day
Familiar rhythms descend
Stirring marrow deep

Reunited
As once safe and solid ground, gives and gives
To the rising of the tide
Beneath the full moon's rays

We carry on conversations
Spun in ancient times
Seeking swift backroads
To our claim beneath the stars
~
As the days stride onward
And over the hills
Leaving us here to gather
Every second we’ve lost

Fires of Time
Whispers from days gone by
Fresh words spoken to my heart
Two hearts entwined
Bound together
Through the test of time
The years have passed
Each one
Adding a layer of depth
Growing our spirits
With each hill we climbed
in our personal quests
In the same space again
Feels like yesterday
Your voice ignites my heart
It's been idle for so long
A gift we're granted
For being patient for so long.
We laugh and play
like children
in the park
Our spirits takes flight
We're rising from the dark
I've done my work to rise above who I used to be.
When I was
Timid and afraid
Never taking care of me
Grab my hand
Let's tiptoe through
the tapestry
We've woven through our lives
Jump from row to row
Each one igniting
Our spirits
Feeling so alive
Forever connected by
The rows of strings
Excited for what
The next years will bring

Crying out for God to hear my prayer
Often feeling alone and wondering if He's even there
Knowing I haven't worked this hard to get no where
My heart aches for the one I've traveled besides now separated from leaving me in despair
Please, oh please help him to see the light, allowing his fear shelter in your care
Arrive he did at your house oh Lord
Praying for something to believe in and restore hope toward
At last a breakthrough has been reached
The veil has lifted and illusion finally breached
Reaching out for his soul's desire

Reunited
“Is this you by any chance?” she received a message on facebook with a photo of her and her childhood friend. After 15 years, the childhood bestfriends met again. They played together as little girls, on a swing they both treasured very much, with dolls and tea sets, setting up a make believe life. Separated for years, they spent more than half of their life away from each other, but when they started talking, it was as if they never parted. That was the magic of childhood friendships and Memories, the childhood friends were reunited once again.

I guess it's a reason for everything but 2 of them are one in the same until 12 hours ago something changed now even they want to push you away I dreamed dreams both nights but the truth is only one of us wanted to fight only because they had something to hide and missed being on the other side the only thing you had to do is treat me right so many words went unspoken just a small token or consideration would have been great no joking respect that's even due to a stranger instead of acting like I was the center of your anger now I guess will act like strangers all because you love the side of danger7 0

AFTER ABANDONING HER THEY FELT GUILTY,
THEY TRIED TO FIND HER,
IN THE PLAYGROUND,
NEAR THE STREET AROUND,
DAYS PASSED, HOPES LOST
UNLESS SHE WAS FOUND,
NEAR THE HOUSE, PLAYING WITH THE BALL,
THERE WAS THE PUPPY STANDING,
WITH THE SIZE SOO SMALL,
SIGH OF RELIEF RAN THROUGH THEM,
BECAUSE SHE WAS FAMILY AFTER ALL.

The only one
The sun was shining high on the sky,
Spreading its light all over the world,
Somewhere the tulips were blooming,
Somewhere the petals got curled.
Unaware of these happenings,
Flooded in her own saddening,
A girl looked up for someone,
And there she found the only one.
The only one who would understand her,
When everyone was against he would defend her,
The only one who would care,
The one who was so rare.
But days would not favour them anymore,
The only one broke the girl's heart to the core,
But this was not the end of their love,
As there was something more to come.
The only one whom she loved so deeply,
The only one for whom she behaved madly,
The only one who mattered to her,
Was now running away from her.
With tears in her eyes she would wait everyday,
Expecting the only one to come her way,
And one day on her door there he was,
The only one holding a bunch of flowers.
Words would not come out from her lips,
She would stare at the only one with still eyelids,
The only one was right there in front of her,
Her heart skipped a beat, her eyes filled with tears.
Why were you waiting since a long in the past?
He asked taking her into his arms at last.
"Waiting for you was my reason to live".
And with this they reunited never to leave.

Night awaits the moon,
to be momentarily bathed in its glow,
and with the creeping dawn,
as the moon vanishes from sight,
she losses her very essence,
only to be recreated again,
to await his return;
I find myself in solidarity with night,
for just like her, I too am doomed,
to endure this endless cycle,
of brief ecstatic rendezvous,
interspersed with,
interminable agonizing seperations....
