Cause of agitated mind
Nature of the human mind is restless. The following four factors make the mind even more restless: meat eating, intoxication, illicit sex and gambling. If one is a woman hunter his mind is always agitated. If one takes intoxication his mind is agitated as well, for it is the nature of intoxicants to agitate everything. When one eats meat he needs to take alcohol to digest the meat and where there is alcohol there is illicit sex too. Gambling agitates the mind so much that sometimes people commit suicide. Modern civilization is a product of agitated mind. Wherever you look you will see these four factors prominent and set as a standard of happiness. To stop these four factors and thus control the mind is very very difficult. However one can control the mind and stop indulging in these four sinful activities simply by chanting the Hare Krishna mantra which is the mantra of deliverance given for this age of quarrel and hypocrisy.8 0

Do you exist?
We saw the same dreams, you and me
All the world in our light we could see
That we are going to make this life grand
There would only be joy
No place for frowns

simple but full of life.
We would have it all
Glitters of gold and sprinkles of silver
From the sweet days of childhood
to the unrest of teenage,
we believed we'll make our days
like faiytales and lores of grace?

Growing up we parted,

I walked way past

I didn't last.
I made something else,
grand but not simple,

I wish you could feel

You get to know them down to their very core, even when they’re hard to get to know. You go to war for the people that you love, and do it without even thinking.
Love isn’t an option for you. It’s just who you are and it makes you the most beautiful soul I have ever known. Because your love isn’t fearful, or weak. It’s the most powerful force that I have ever felt—indestructible and unconditional.
But you’re not only what everyone else around you needs. You’re all that you need. Because you are so much stronger than you have even begun to realize. You’re honest and caring. You’re hilarious and intelligent. You’re strong and compassionate. You’re beautiful, and you’re fucking powerful.You change people, but you don’t let people change you. And don’t ever let them. Never let any single person come in to your life and make you believe that you ever have to be more of anything because you’re already more than all of us combined.And I know you will never see yourself in the way that I have written here, but just know that I see it in you every single day.
