Read MoreWe grew up watching Mr. Bean... He never failed to put a smile on our faces n' make us laugh...
We were kids n' that 9-10pm timing was our cue to watch Pogo; which with the successive years became 10-11pm... But nothing on this Earth changed it... During exams we would prepare everything before hand n' demand watching TV only for Beanie... That's how kids in my family have spent their childhood TV time... Not that this was the only show we watched... Waiting for the broadcast on each day; that anticipation n' motivation to complete everything just for one show, those were the days...
Rowan Atkinson was the name, we got to know when we hit the GK book of class 7th... N' still he was our Beanie... We never googled him...
But slowly till the time we came to the age of studying different streams n' prepping for College, we kind of lost touch with our bestfriend Beanie... We stopped getting motivated to do anything; we stopped celebrating life; we stopped laughing our hearts out...
Why?
The reason was simple... We stopped being ourselves... We started getting burdened by growing up, forced maturity, getting into a race that actually wasn't a race but a journey...
Then in between all this one day when Beanie again hits us while we go through YouTube, browsing to escape this beautiful world now mundane n' from reality... Yet again, even after all these years, Beanie was still able to put that innocent smile back to our face effortlessly...
All of a sudden we realized, Beanie was actually teaching us all along not to be what we were made to be without being actually actively our own selves... He was there all along telling us that life's to live n' not merely struggle for existence... He was telling us that it's okie, as solitude can be lonely but that lonely can be made to be a way enjoy life's good being always optimistic...
