I was alone,
until I met you,
I was blown,
When I first saw you.
Folks around me sound still,
And I made a wish,
That I want to get fulfilled,
Time passed by,
I kept looking for you,
Untill I saw you at the stage,
And that gave me a gaze.
I got numb,
As if I was in my dreams,
I got surprised,
When you talked by all means,
The first talk was through,
All you asked was to click for you.
You again flew out of my sight,
But soon I found you sitting alright,
I wish to stole a glance of yours,
So that It can make me cure,
For me, the sight was a blessing,
It's a medicine for my heart's messing.
You were behind the bride,
I wished we could sit side by side,
As sitting was just an excuse,
Instead I wanted to see you snooze,
Seeing them tying knots,
I thanked them a lot,
Thanks was for making me meet you,
I hope I could someday marry you.

The spring that left long ago,
Will never return,
The flowers will remain bare naked,
And there's autumn forever.
The epic beauty of the nature,
Depleting with every passing second,
And the shine of the sun,
Getting dimmer as if reckoned.
I lost hopes for the end of the world,
Forgotten everything, once I loved,
For love, became a foreign language,
To this aching heart,
The seeds once I sown were now teared apart.
Not a long ago,
I saw a beautiful smile,
It cherished this heart with every mile,
She is subtle and cute in her own way,
I got charmed but had nothing to say.
I guess,
Spring is back after a long time,
The shedded leaves looked green,
Even if it's just for a while.

बहुत दिन हो गए हैं तुमसे बिछड़े,
तुम्हे मिलने को अब दिल कर रहा है,
खामोश रातें हैं, पलकें भी भीगी हैं,
तुम्हे गले लगाने का दिल कर रहा है,
ढूंढा तुम्हे तामम तर,
एक लम्हा देखने को दिल कर रहा है,
तू मिल जाए तो इस शोर गुल में आसुद्गी मिले,
तेरी बाहों का सुकून पाने को दिल कर रहा है।

ये हिज्र की रात है,
एक गहरा सन्नाटा मेरे साथ है,
राजा से रंक तक का सफ़र कुछ यूं गुजर गया,
खुशियां सारी ओझल हो गईं,
कुछ तुमने मुझे बदल दिया,
कुछ मैं खुद बदल गया।
संदेह की खाई में खुद को गिरा पाया है,
टूटी उम्मीदों ने मुझे बहुत सताया है,
नम आंखों से गिरते आंसुओं ने लिखे लफ्जों को मिटाया है,
मैं गिरा, टूटा, रोया,
और,
आज खुद को पत्थर सा मजबूत बनाया है।
