Which methods do we adopt to fix the complications?
It isn’t easy to figure out right answers for all these questions. For, while chasing results, we are often obsessed with getting them asap.
So, what’s the way out?
Let’s understand using the example of a popular puzzle — Sudoku.
Sudoku is a simple mind bending puzzle in which the numbers 1 to 9 are uniquely arranged in a 9 X 9 grid such that they don’t repeat ether across each one of the 9 rows or columns. So, the result we want is to fill out the 9 X 9 grid.
However, the process to get started is identifying the immediately available clues to fill the empty cells. As each empty cell gets filled, new clues emerge to eventually fill all the cells in the 9 X 9 grid with numbers 1 to 9 uniquely across rows or columns.
Obviously, this process takes several steps and one’s logical reasoning abilities could get stretched beyond limits, depending on the level of difficulty!
Now, let’s analyze what’s going on while solving the puzzle.
Its quite clear none can fill all the numbers in a few attempts (chasing the result). So, the method followed is to look for rows or columns with max number of cells already filled in. They throw up the opportunities (clues) needed to get the result we want asap.
As we gradually fill the empty cells, the no. of rows or columns with fewer numbers will be less as we make progress. This makes our task easier in getting the result we want asap.
Even though this strategy appears simple, it gets tougher with the level of difficulty in a puzzle. The curious part while doing so is avoiding mistakes i.e., ensuring that no number is repeated twice.
These are the unforeseen risks while we chase the result. Such mistakes consume our precious time in locating such errors and correcting them, leading to frustration, as it usually happens while mitigating risks which aren’t foreseen in advance.
While solving the puzzle, the more the no. of mistakes, the harder its for us to get the result we want. As such complications blow out of proportions, the corrections needed become more and more tedious.
In the puzzle context, there is no scope for cutting corners and we have to patiently locate and correct all errors one by one. So, being meticulous while filling the empty cells would be akin to a stitch in time saving nine!
Extrapolating this example to real world problems, the solution we need to look for is the immediate low hanging fruit(s) which can easily be plucked! Identifying such low hanging fruits paves way for the desired results.
Our creative abilities sharpen as we identify the opportunities which could sprout the outcomes we desire!
And the X-Factor inculcating Creativity is to CREATE the opportunities if they aren’t apparent, which is usually the case!!
Sudoku nicely demonstrates the way to do so!

Message or Messenger?
What make you stand out when you're in a crowd?
Is it your appearance?
Or is it your mood at the moment?
Or things we talk about often?
Guess what? If you carefully notice, the first two are somewhat temporary in nature.
Of course, they both help you gain favorable first impression when you're in a crowd.
As such, they give you headstart over others in getting some attention, albeit valuable.
And this helps you in breaking the ice to gain some breathing space for engaging people.
So, what makes you "breathe" longer after you manage to break the ice?
Probably, you're veering towards the last one — topics you're interested in discussing.
This gives some hints as to why it matters.
Topics you're interested in reflect things you're passionate about.
Naturally, you wear your heart on your sleeve when you discuss them.
Ideally, you'll be consistently putting in efforts to excel in those topics over time.
As you gain mastery, you'll gradually be the "go to" person reg the topic.
And, as you interact with people more and more, you'll be getting richer insights on diverse aspects related to the subject.
This gradually makes you become Aware of "FAQs" related to the topics.
In turn, this'd help you craft your "messages" such that they'd connect with those in need.
Moreover, once you leverage technological advantages of Social media, people would get to access your messages even if you're not accessible.
The flexibility this technological outreach offers brings us to the moot point:
Message is permanent!

Now, let's come to the Messenger, which is simply You!
As you might've noticed, Messenger is relatively temporary, limited by your "shelf" life!
Messenger's key role is to facilitate right message reach the needy at right time!!
If the Messenger forgets his duty, and behaves like one's more important than the Message, its like putting cart before horse!
So, what should a Messenger do to make a Message stand out?
The key lies in the things that help a message live!
Message is something that you live for. Your character chisels it according to what world needs.
It communicates your mission — how
you're solving problems of world in your own unique way.
It reflects your passion, driven by unflinching dedication towards fulfilling the purpose you're committed to.
And how does it (out)live the Messenger?
Since it's source is your character responding to fulfilling your purpose of life.

— A Counterintuitive Approach!
"If Hammer is the only tool you've, every problem appears like a Nail!"
So, the tool is hammer⚒️ (i. e., force) being used as the only solution to solving problems.
Then, the only way 〰️of solving problems appears to be "seeing" them as "Nails".
Here, Nails symbolically represent the obedient things which accept force without any resistance whatsoever!
Which means solution (force) being applied is in perfect synch with the problem getting solved!
However, this is rarely the case in reality, leading to much strife and frustrations.
Guess what? This is just blind presumption at its worst.
Real life problems demand far more flexible approaches while solving them.
If so, is there a better way out?
Can we think in terms of WHY NOT FLIP the process instead?
In other words, instead of Hammer hitting Nails, why not "Nail the Hammer"?
Sounds absurd, isn't it?
Well! The counterintuitive way it can happen is as follows:
"Let the Nails Get attracted to Hammer" ⚒️!!!
For this to happen, the Nails need to have special property, not dumb ones!
And the Hammer wouldn't apply force to "attract" them, by having a special property!!
In other words, think of the Hammer as a Magnet!!
Then Nails will have ability to respond to the power of attraction from Hammer!
Imagine the Nails ability to respond as one inculcating faith in oneself.
And the Hammer ⚒️ as a Magnet that facilitates Co-creating the future you desire!
Then the power of attraction between the two is instilling Self Love!!
So, that’s how Nails (ability to respond for inculcating faith) "attract" (i. e., instill self love) the Hammer (magnet of co-creating future) in order to solve problems!
