On many days I see him walking in our lane. A frail old man now who seems to be in pain
He lost his dear wife a couple of years ago
He has 4 children 2 married 2 unmarried so ,
Has grandchildren too , a house full of people. but I often wonder are they really his care giver
He gets his food and medicines he has his house but does he get. to show his feelings and. can. he really speak out ,
He needs the warmth and the friendship of his dear ones , But he walks in a frail manner and now the real boss of the house is his eldest son , He wishes us when ever he crosses by , I look at his sad face on sly , I feel bad for him but what can I really do , when he greets me I greet him with warmth too .

Consonance
The pitter patter of rain falling on the window pane , fills my lonely heart with pain , with you gone, I just moan, I have nothing to gain ,my life has gone in vain • But when the rain stops, my heart with hope gallops ,why should I cry, for a person long gone by, let me just rejoice, with the people of my choice ,my friends and family dear, they are always near, near to my heart ,and they shall not part, and leave me ever alone, they care for me and their love is shown, in simple caring ways, but at times the gloomy thoughts occur to me on such rainy days•

I am spring season
Neither too cold neither too hot I am moderate like season of spring, I bring joy and merriment where ever I go, looking at me people want to dance and sing • My robes are colourful like spring flowers and my voice is sweet like a bird song when I am around people want to have fun planning parties and picnics and love lounging around • I am warm like the season of spring and people shred inhibitions around me they grow new leaves of personality and I bring out the best in thee

Colour of December
When I think of December I recall for humanity Jesus bled , When I think of December I think of the colour red ,December teaches us to rejoice for it heralds christ's birth, and the merry Santa in red makes us goodies unearth ,little children in red dresses making merry around , beautiful ladies and lassies in red keep us spell bound ,men also with a touch of red keep their boyishness alive if not in clothes then in wine red colour they like, red is the colour of joy and December is the month of red after the gruelling year before it prepares us for the year ahead

My pillow
I lay still on the bed and over me is a head of lady who after her daily toil bids aideu to the day and retires for the night. She puts her head on me and thinks of the day gone by at times she smiles at times softly she cries. I am the silent witness of every thought in her head.l quietly absorb all the tears shed and unshed. The days she is tired ill or weak she tosses and turns and cries in grief I try to console her and she gradually drifts to sleep all her secrets I surly keep. There are days when children of the house come and play on the bed.i become the instrument of amusement and pillow fights I dread. Week after week my outer cover is changed but solid good self I always remain. I am proped up or down at times I become the writing board .one naughty child put me on his head like a turban when he got bored. But one thing is sure putting the head on me gives the lady solace from the world's pain and strife and that's the place from where she lays her head and holds the mobile in her hands and beautiful verses she writes.
