Sailing through the winds, My heart stops for a while I seem to soar above in heaven While the water's pushed behind The rumbling of the waves below The echo of birds in sky Two of us in a boat Are leaving the world the behind
The water is too cruel Blue waves as merciless knives Cutting through the plants and fish Who seem to pay their price The underworld is busy In the affairs harsh and wild Two of us in a boat Are leaving the world behind
What would it feel like to leave all that hurts the soul (you) and move forward to where it belongs? Going with the one to whom we belong? The one who is the path and the destination, one who will sail us through this Bhavsagar (ocean of miseries)
This journey is all yours. You and God, he sails you sing, go on and never weep again. Take along all those things that link you to him, take along your love and gift it to him and finally submit yourself to him
@harvest_of_mind Thanks Sir! Yeah I didn't notice, these days I am just pouring out whatever I feel (light or dark) so there might be many inconsistencies. I seem to feel a lot in the present moment, it's overwhelming! Jay ShriHari! May your longing be satiated.
shrihari_nandini@harvest_of_mind just through with practicals, pre boards from 4th April then boards in may-june.. I will be occupied with entrances in july too! But I will keep trying to post off and on.
Most often we feel like telling others not to weep when we are gone and carry on their lives regardless. This is in response to one such feeling of @raghavendran sir who has written about it. As a stubborn fan I refuse to read about or even think about departure even in his poems.

She watches him diligently everyday Get up and take his leave To do his duty and serve others Who are in dire need Without hesitation or complaints He does what he can do best Without thinking of his comfort or His life , performing without any rest Come hail, come storm whatever may come His response is always the same “I have to do what I’m meant to do Even if that means walking on flames”. She’s his pillar of strength and stability The backbone of it all With her beside him, he knows he can Scale the highest wall She worries for him, for his well being While he willingly trudges on She worries for his mental state and sanity While he remains staunch and strong Everyday when he leaves she holds Tears and a heart filled with emotions back She refuses to weep for a warrior who stays While all others run away, on track She looks to him and he to her To be faithful to their duties they endeavour Together they are the ying and yang That keep everything in balance forever
It is impossible to calculate the immense sacrifices made by front line workers and their families in this ongoing pandemic. This post is dedicated to my parents who are both doctors and hence front line workers. I am very proud of their contribution to society given the present circumstances. The frightening way in which this disease has been devouring one life after another, is enough to daunt the most courageous of men . It has been very tough I’m sure for all going through similar situations . I have great respect for such families. They form the backbone of every single warrior. This war would be incomplete without talking about their contributions to it. While they live in constant fear of losing their loved ones, they have to remain strong and staunch for each front line worker to be able to carry on without any hesitation and thoughts of self preservation. “There is no courage without fear”. I salute every single warrior and their families. I pray that this pandemic reaches an end so that we can go back to leading our lives normally and without fear once again.

Sometimes, there are instances that we fell out of love. Automatically, regret follows. It is either you let go or you fight for your love. If you are currently facing this situation, I wanna make you remember 3 things: 1. Know your worth 2. It is not always about love 3. Choose what's the best for you.
