I said goodbye to the sun today,
The clouds came with no warning.
It won’t be gone forever,
But it won’t be back in morning.
The rain will spatter windows,
The gray will soak my heart,
The sun will be there, hiding,
Behind a stormy start.
The leaves are turning colors,
They’re falling to the ground,
Autumn comes and goes,
And soon winter will abound.
Blankets will be mandatory,
Sweaters will be worn;
Big jackets over everything,
All layers we’ll adorn.
The sun will be back some day,
Though the mercury won’t rise.
We weather every season,

For the love of the Game.
As we near the conclusion of the magnificent Saga, I feel like a World is coming to an end. A world of Starks, White walkers, Dire wolves and Dragons. Of a long Winter and short Summers. Of a world where people live and die for Love, or even kill for it. A world of Tyrants/filthy, ego-madness driven people who are the root cause of what lead to the epic tale of a lifetime. ✨
We have waded through betrayals, heart-breaks, lies, truths and also the raging hunger for Power, Wealth and Lust. We have also lived through a time when the poor stayed poor and the rich got rich. We have learnt the lessons from the unstoppable strength given by families and also the blood of our kin.
We learnt what the words righteousness and noble meant. We learnt what a Leader should and shouldn't be.
History taught us a lot. And we lived a life through the story. As a warrior, a poor peasant, a King or even as a Maester. The Game taught it all. And it also took some of the best with it as part of it's bigger plan.
We have all lost our beloved folks. And yet, we still choose to go on with a hope that in the end, the righteous ruler sits on the Iron Throne. I hope that the Dragon Prince with the heart of a Wolf makes it. ♥ Because what do we say to the God of Death?

While crossing the Styx river
Having a cup of tea with the Ferryman

The Wrath of winter has fallen upon us,
