The Star...
I was sitting, at the top floor
With two beer glasses ,
Was waiting for you to come.
You're never gonna stop surprising me na?
Your cold hands were just like melting over my body,
Your smell was just like oxygen to my lungs,
Your footsteps are just giving me my senses back .
It was 2 AM , our favourite time to spend with each other.
I poured the beer and we raised a toast.
You were telling me how beautifully you fought that night ,
Guns and boots all were by your side ,
Courage and bravery is your second name,
And love for this nation is your prime game.
That you were hoping to see me soon ,
That your heart was beating as fast as it could ,
And that you will come and marry me this soon.
I rolled my head on to your shoulder,
Was looking at the brightest star of the night
And utter my first word "hi".
I started my part ,
How beautifully I was collecting my strength,
Faiths and beliefs were all by my side ,
Patience and calmness is my second name,
And eternal trust on you is my prime game.
That my heart was scrunching every second to see you,
That you'll come and hug me this soon.
Suddenly a bright light fall on to my face ,
Telling me the night is over now
Giving me the feeling that you're gone .
As I said I'll will wait untill it's 2AM again !
Please come soon , we'll laugh again,
Will share Stories again
But this time of those days
In which we were here
You with your body and I with my soul.
No matter what atleast, somehow I escaped
Our soul, now is in such a peace!
