That's good enough?
Well yeah

I fear to trust
I fear to open up
I fear that my trust would be broken
I fear to be misunderstood
I fear that my secrets could be
manipulated by "gatekeepers"
I rather talk with diary
Still I fear someone would read this
I burnt it all and I stopped writing it
I found a confidant in that higher power
I found a confidant in a gift
that the higher power has bestowed me with
But yet I am my best friend
Does this makes me my worst enemy?
Not all in the worlds are same
There are some
Might be a few
Very few
To who are trustworthy
Empathetic and not pathetic per se
And they would care enough
They would let the share in
My secrets would be sacred with them

I have decided
Let it be
I would share
I would bare
Mine heart
Be exposed to the vulnerabilities
Most in this world would judge either way
I shouldn't harden my heart for this
Let the air blow and touch my heart
I keep it open
I let everything in
I let love be in
If I trust
and my trust issues wins
My experience grows
If I trust
and my trust issues meets defeat
My credence grows
To remain humane
To be alive as a human !

Don't take your instincts, intuition and insights and or likewise and otherwise
Upon considerations
To trust any being or anything
It's might be a generalized percept
Upon why most people are in actual
Much vulnerable and they do have trust issues
For probably
most in this world
have had hardened their hearts enough
to believe in keeping closed hearts.
Personally I too mostly
keep a closed heart
An introvert I am
Much of a private person
But as a writer
I am extrovert
For I write publicly
My response towards
my inner as well as this outer world
To responsibly share my voices
For my fellow humans
For
This world is my family
And I wish for all my family members
healing, growth and all the good vibes
As much as I wish for the self
and for
all my loved ones
I hope you are feeling the pulse

I do !
Depression is suffocating
I have been facing it
over a decade and more to it
But the world, my world didn't ever realized this
Even I didn't realized it or rather didn't accepted it
But when I did
I started accepting my parts and pieces
as my whole
I can't tell you
How to fight it
For I am not an expert
I am just surviving this
And I can share my insights of facing it
and dealing with it
Earlier I used to run away from my emotions
But positivity doesn't covers negativity
I understood this with time.
So I prefer draining out
Vomit and exit
Flush out
Ah!
It feels light
It feels right
Even for a while
If it is
Yet
But it does
I talk to myself
I write for myself
I talk to my confidant
I talk to my lord
I feel in others myself facing this
And so I am sharing this.
Just don't feel embrassed
Just don't think you are lesser/overdone
Depression is not your impression to the world
It happens and it might not be erased in a while
It might take longer time to heal
Once you say
"I am depressed"
You acknowledge it
That's it.
OK
Don't keep affirming it
It's a phase
It's not your face
It's OK
Eat sweets
Eat your favourite foods
Sleep
Do what you feel good about
Do what makes you feel good
Don't overdo yourself
Let the world run
You walk in your pace and space
Just relax
It's OK
Treat yourself as you are treating a child
And well
I found the best of healing therapies out there in
Connecting with nature
Writing
Talking to my confidant
Just being in and allowing to let flow
All the energies through me
Low and high both
To reach the tranquil point
Observe
Don't absorb
It's OK
Cry out
Write a frustrated letter and burn it
Talk bullshit
Cool down
Reset and repair
Rest
And
Wake up afresh
Keep flowing
Let it all flow
You aren't the lone warrior
My friend
We are in this together .
Sending you beings

Sometimes I feel much alone
in this crowded world wearing a big smile
when my heart might have had
stopped shedding tears
I get this heightened energy that just drains me off
So much to do yet
I feel completely immersed at sea
My nerves feels cold
The mind gets stuck in the mud
I keep sitting dumbstruck
Staring but not seeing around
unblinking the eyes
I loose all the interest
And I feel quite lethargic
I get much pensive
I overthink and also don't wish to think
I feel all the burdens within
And it seems like I have lost it all
I look unto utter despair
And I realize I am totally messed up
I feel like doing nothing
Just nothing
And just feel like to eat, sleep and repeat
I feel like that sometimes or the othertimes
or might be often enough
Not to wake up and socialize
and face the world
Or just Wake up and socialize
and face the world sleeping inside !

A mother has been thinking about having a healthy baby ,
People around her tells her to have a baby boy ,
Father wanted a baby boy ,
Everyone surrounding her wanted a baby boy ,
She was surrounded with a lot of food , baby boy pictures , toys etc
They were praying to have a baby boy ,
In the midst of everything , a baby girl was born
Father was upset ,
But then he accepted whatever has happened was for good ,
Mother smiled after she saw the healthy baby ,
Everyone accepted the baby girl ,
But except the society ,
They always feel secure with the boys not with the girls,
They feel a man could run the house not the girls ,
They feel a man can have affairs but not a woman ,
They feel a man can extend the family's names not a woman,
And surround the man with a lot of responsibilities ,
With such a society, man becomes to think ,
They have a lot of responsibilities which is outside the house ,
By earning money , having a job , etc
On the other hand , a girl is taught
To cook food , never argue with the man of the house ,
Always listen to your in-laws ,even if they are wrong adjust with them
A girl can have a degree , a well paid job etc
But she has to be a perfect daughter-in-law , a wife etc
Where the girl has been weaving dreams of being independent ,
And the society kills all those dreams of the girl ,
And the girl begins to think "Is being born a girl a curse ?"
On the other hand the boy begins to think "Is being born a boy a curse ?"
Both of them is a murderer of their dreams .

Know that you are the universe within
You are the source in yourself
But you run after the channels
You seek validations and give out explanations
You feel judged and accept all the verdicts
The path is within you
Yet you search out all those navigation boards outside
You hesitate to take even smallest of steps for you fear you would fall down and there's not even a pillar of support you would find in others if you fail
Your dreams never invests in the seeds of faith
Your passions never feel the adequate fuel to pursue
You keep thinking one day that you would get a magical lamp and everything would turn in your favour
And you keep waiting
And keep abstaining from meeting your true self
The reasons for which you were born
dwindles in midst of listening many voices.
There's no voice to call it as your own
There's no dreams to call your own.
It's not your fault.
You became that much unawakened
in this hysteria of masses that
you didn't believed in yourself enough
You ran after the channels
Forgetting your own reality that
You are in whole the source
You are the root
You are the universe within.

Winter it is but it reassures the advent of spring
O the holy divine

Purify the entire ambience over here
Amplify the good vibes
Demolish the satanic forces
Cleanse the heaviness of this crust
Let the seeds of generosity sprout in
Let here be an organic planet with all gentle souls glorifying the light of God and good

parasitic webs

On some days of my life, all I could do was to lay down in my bed and hope sleep would get to me before my thoughts would. Hoping, I would fall asleep instead of falling apart. Praying, the monster living inside of my mind wouldn't awake and crawl out, but stay asleep. Just a little bit longer.

When the sun goes down
And the night turns cold
Do you think of the way it felt to be loved?
Do you think about my hands caressing the back of your neck
Or the way I touched my nose to yours in our happiest hour
Can you still smell my perfume lingering on your favorite sweater
Or did you throw it in the corner of your room as soon as your mouth matched your hearts goodbye?
I think they've been out of sync for longer than you're brave enough to admit
And now I struggle to find solace in anything
I struggle to breathe on my own, to think on my own
They say the edge has the best view, but I cant stop looking down to enjoy it
So I've been talking to the moon
There is strength in the way she lights up the darkness
The way she takes everything on by herself and still rises
I have a lot to learn from her
Maybe she can remind me of the way it felt to be loved
And hopefully
She will help me to start looking out
Instead of down
