When there's fire inside,
What damage can flames do?
Of rage and envy,
That no love can subdue.
We see just the silhouette,
Burning till the end.
Where will the hope work?
The mind cannot comprehend.
From life to lifeless,
People just decide to die.
Leaving behind the anguish,
All the reasons to cry.

Action Speaks Louder Than Words
They say "action speaks louder than words".
I do not doubt. However, many also seem to have forgotten that the word "louder" comes after "loud".
In other words, "words" also speak - "loud".
In fact, it is "words" first - written or spoken, before the action(s), which makes it "louder".
So, I'm thinking, is "speaking" or "saying words" not an action too?
What do you think?
Well, this might seem too far, but even the Creator spoke "words" before "action'. In fact, the words made action possible.
So, while we all agree that action speaks louder than words, we should not forget that words also mean a lot first.
I believe that you can't be "louder" without first being "loud".
In that vein, I'll prefer to say, "words backed with action, speak louder".
How would you rather say it?

How I Feel
When you have to hide your pain
When everyone sees nothing wrong with you
Yet, deep down a lot is concealed
The boiling within, the uneasiness
Unless tears roll down, you don't feel sane
A lot is out there but nothing is going for you
Each day passes, you're more and more discouraged
The new normal is sadness
What to do?
Who to run to?
What to say?
Why do I feel this way?
I feel lost, lost in the present
I know I'm lost, for tomorrow has become bleak
Praying to God, a wonderful gift
Yet, unworthy I feel, even his face to seek
It's very tough I must say, nothing seems to fit
With every minute, I've never felt this weak
Alive I am, yet it's hard to feel it

Good health helps to maintain fitness and lifestyle. Exercising regularly can help one attain peace of mind,maintain balanced diet and prevents from diseases. Practising daily routine,building healthy food habits,working out frequently assist to develop physically and mentally.
Another important aspect to remain fit and healthy is to eat healthy and drink as much water as one can. We live in a world where lifestyle is irksome. Everyone have their busy life schedule because of which one cannot consume proper meal and not able to invest time on proper health. Also people are prone to eating junk rather than eating healthy home food. We should eat good salubrious food rich in proteins and vitamins. Eating healthy keeps our mind fresh and a fit body help to maintain the energy to achieve success in life.
Therefore,fitness leads to robust health,active one’s mind,imply both mental and physical well-being and stress free lifestyle.
So “physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness."
