    Maa kehti hai,
    Chupa le khud ko un nazro se,
    Taki bach paye ane wale khataron se.
    Dhag le apne badan ko,
    Taki sehna na pade chuban ko.
    Sikh ja ladkiyo wale tameez,
    Taki log na kahe inki beti hai battmeez.
    Gardan kabhi unchi na karna,
    Kyuki aurat ko hamesha niche hai dekhna.
    Rat ko ghar jaldi laut ana,
    Kyuki badal gaya hai zamana.
    Maa, agar in pairo mein,
    Bedhiya hi bandhani thi,
    Toh chalna Kyu sikhaya?
