So, today's word via Mirakee is 'essence,' and that brought to mind a romantic piece; but fear not my dear ones! The hauntingly macabre, morbidly morose dystopian apocalyptic pieces are coming! Several lie restlessly in wait at this very moment in my memo app, where they bide their time in a disturbing manner until I see fit to release them!

In His Essence

I steeped myself
Within his essence
Oh such glorious
Incandescence!
A warming glow
When in his midst
Made me feel as though
I'd been sunkissed
Perhaps too long
I lingered there
But lost in bliss
I hardly cared
For in his essence
I had found
A timeless joy
That knew no bounds
And in that joy
We two were free
Thus, he was I
And I was he
No border lines
No separation
We merged as one
In jubilation!
And in that oneness
Neverending
What once was broken
Forever mending
What was separate
Now remained together
Side by side
Now 'til forever
Two were one
And both were free
In bliss for all eternity
I call him:
'Mon seul vrai amour'
My darling dear
Whom I adore.

searching about old age homes to write
today's challenge.
Credit goes to the rightful owner.
"Emptiness" original artist is
"Albert Gyorgy".
It is a bronze statue located at Lake Geneva
of Switzerland.
������������������������������������If I could give a gift
to the world of today,
It would be a world
without old age homes.
Because, according
to my knowledge, it is
"a sin" to leave our
parents in old age homes
especially during their
final span of life time,
the period at which
they feel lame and
surely in need of
our support.
This statue is called
"emptiness". It is a great attempt
to describe how parents in
all over the world feel when
children are not with them in
their old age.

The sky melts on my tongue as the sweet night scent slips down my throat
The stars shine from somewhere within me
And I feel the blood gushing through my veins , rhyming with the chirping of the crickets under the night sky.
I engulf the night in my minute infinity and imbibe it in my soul until my skin turns into wispy darkness
I usher the winds with my little fingers and feel the crackle of electricity between them , sending a jolt through my spine.
The leaves in hushed whispers spin wreaths around my temple,
Reminding me that I am born of the nights gone by and will become a part of all yet to come, in every phase of my beauty.
